I also read on [ this page (thanks!!!) ] that you can get a signed picture from Conan, Max, or even Preparation H Raymond if you want! Just follow the following instructions:

1. Get two 8x10 envelopes (big enough for the picture) and put 3 stamps on each envelope. (It has also been said that you don't need postage on the SASE envelope, but I'd play it safe and stamp both.)
2. make one envelope a SASE, and on the other, write the same address as above, except where "NBC TICKETS" is, write " c/o Late Night With Conan O' Brien", or "Max Weinberg", or whoever.
3. stick the SASE inside the other envelope (duh), mail it, and wait for your picture!

I myself have not got around to doing this yet so I don't have a clue as to how long it takes for the picture to arrive, or if Max (or Joel, a cameraman, Preperation H Raymond, anyone else..) will sign pictures. I'd say it's worth a shot. If you have any more information, or if I completely screwed this up, PLEASE tell me otherwise by emailing me!!!
