Whoever designed the Bees new programme should have their heads examined. Why make it bigger - it is now A4 size - when the content is no more than before. It just seems a waste of paper, and the centre pages give no room to write in some areas whilst allowing space, for example, for 5 man of the matches for both teams!!!!!! Was a survey done to see what the people who buy programmes want from a programme??? I think not otherwise we would not have this thrust upon us. Oh and the price has gone up too!!!!!!!
The new Bees shirts certainly didn't bring them luck!!!! I thought that they looked a little garish when all the team was on the rink, but overall they are better than the old design. Scott Campbell had a very quiet game, I think he found it a little difficult to adjust to the Bees style of play, especially after a long lay off, we can only hope for better things to come.
For goodness sake Bees get winning again as I don't think I can take much more of The Moaner in Block 5. Last night was typical of his constant barrage of insults towards the Bees - and he's supposed to be a supporter!!!!!! Never any comment when a good pass/move has been accomplished and I have yet to hear him say anything complimentary about any player. Why doesn't he just go and sit with the away supporters???
Just in case people think it is all doom and gloom at the Bees at the moment, there is a lot to cheer us up. We are 100% faster than last year, our interplay and passing has improved beyond recognition and we don't seem to possess a player that causes the fans to groan whenever he gets the puck!!!!!
Come the start of the season proper we should be seeing the team really gelling and then even Moaner might smile.
