Problems All Around...

Looking at all the teams in the ISL at the moment, and comments from their fans on the e-mail net, it appears that the Bees, the Cobras, the Steelers and perhaps the Bison all have their problems at the moment. Whilst I can't really comment on the other teams, it does seem that each of them have their own separate reasons for the problems. At the Bees, in my opinion (which is just that and nothing more) our current problems look to stem from the lack of commitment from the management team to providing a competitive team in the ISL. Are their hearts really in the ISL? Is the money there to bring in the extra two or three quality players that we seem to need at the moment in order to keep a consistent series of positive results? Its all very well saying that the Bees should be in the ISL, but unless we can put together a consistently competitive team we will always be struggling. Is this really what the Bees management want? If it takes money to be competitive, and the money isn't there, then get out of the ISL - who really wants to see their team on the wrong end of a 6-0 or 9-3 scoreline every week? Our coach is first rate, and we are constantly told that the morale of the team is very high. If we accept this second point, then there must be something else wrong, and that can only be that we do not have the spread of truly quality players that is needed to survive in the ISL. Come on Bees management its time to put your money where your mouth is and show that you really do mean it when you say you are committed to the Bees remaining in the ISL by providing the Bees with the wherewithal they need.
