Summary of Matthew Rhyme

This was the start of his teachings
It all started on the Sermon on the Mount
“Blessed are the poor in spirit
Blessed are they who mourn

Blessed are the meek, oh yeah
Blessed are the merciful
Blessed are the clean of heart
Blessed aare the peacemakers

And Blessed are those who hunger
For righteousness
and blessed are those who are persecuted
for righteousness

Jesus traveled all around Israel
Makin the scribes and Pharisees look pale
He proclaimed the word and never went to jail
and said the kingdom of God waas open to those who even failed

Jesus always taught peace, not eye for an eye
but give him your other eye oh pow surprise
he multiplied fish, healed, and raised the dead
some call it a miracle but he had great faith

When Jesus entered Jerusalem
He knew it was his last days
Beccause he told his disciples
to keep great faith

And when he went to the Temple
To reflect and Pray
there were hustlers in the temple
gamblin and gettin paid

Now Jesus saw this and got pretty pissed
he turned over tables and kicked the doves out of dis
Jesus never turned to assaulting or knocking down spit
but it was God’s and he wanted to preserve it

One of the last things said to the disciples
was the judgement of the Nations
it was a big lesson aiight
when the savior comes again he will separate us into two
one group going to heaven and the other going
to you-know-who
