My total cost for just having the space and site is $6.99/month, and along with my research which I have donated to the site free, has been a burden during this time of economical strife. I have stated in the past, I would continue to make the payments (Visa each month), regardless if I did not receive any donations, and I will. I was blessed to receive a very nice contribution, who is listed below (Colonel Status), along with many documents she has supplied me with (photos, newspaper articles, cemetery records, and the 1890 WV Veterans census index). This has been and will continue to benefit any user to this site, free of charge.
     I am in the process of filing for a non-profit status so I may be able to open a bank account for these contributions. All contributions will be used solely for the site fee I pay at Yahoo's Geo-Cities site. I have obtained 500 MB of space, of which I have only used 28.3 MB or just a fraction of the allotted space. The free site only gave me 15 MB with irritating pop up ads, forcing me to expand. My Downloads of photos are now increasing as well as a more descriptive way of presentation. For example, I am not only able to show where a soldier is buried but his cemetery marker. My photo tour has added Cloyd's Mountain along with the Snickers Ferry battle site. Any overage per year on donations will be carried through to the next year. As I said, all donations will be used for site space purchase.
    I want to add some form of distinction that is also a fun way of describing contributors, so the following will be used.
