hold in trust for six months unless debt of $20.00 owed to Francis Fugate by Zedekiah Cody is paid within that time.
If debt is not paid Charles Addington is to sell land at public sale to settle debt with interest, cost of recording deed and for the trouble of trustee. Any overplus would go to Zedekiah Cody.

Thomas D. Smith (1827 - 1921) married Martha "Patsy"
Washington Osborne in 1848 in Russell County, Virginia.
She was a daughter of David and Mary Osborne. She was the granddaughter
of James Osborne and great
granddaughter of Caleb Osborne.
In 1850 Thomas bought a farm along Big Moccasin Creek in Scott
County from TABITHA and ZEDEKIAH
CODY.
