We in Pakistan have followed the development of the Peoples War under the leadership of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) with great interest and attention.  The Peoples War in Nepal has not only opened a new chapter in the history of your country but in the history of the entire Sub-Continent.  Your efforts have irrevocably proved the vitality of communism and revived the thinking of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Mao Tse-Tung.  We have been doing our best to popularise and build support for your movement and party in Pakistan.  We salute your valiant efforts, your boundless energy, your youth, your vitality, your commitment, and your love of the people.  You have stormed the heavens and from the rooftop of the world have shown the way to the entire people of the Sub-Continent the path of the peoples army and peoples war.  The hills of Nepal are our hills.  The liberated areas of Nepal are our liberated areas.  The struggle in Nepal is our struggle.
