Whilst the name might not ring a bell, Petty Officer Tiner is a familiar face to any JAG fan as the Admiral's yeoman.

Whilst Tiner has been with the show for a considerable amount of time, it wasn't until about the 3rd season, when he was referred to as anything other than "yeoman". He first received a surname, and in the episode "People V Gunny" fans learned that his first name was Jason.
