| Bud J. Roberts Jr. |
| Bud Roberts first appeared in the pilot episode of JAG as the public affairs officer on board the ship. He made several other appearances during that season, including the episode "Skeleton Crew", the footage from which was later used in the episode "Death Watch". In following seasons, he transferred to JAG and began studying to become a lawyer. Since then, he has assisted Harm and Mac on many cases and has also started handling his own. |

| Whilst on a case with Harm and Mac, Bud met Ensign Harriet Simms, whom he married in the episode "Wedding Bell Blues". In true JAG style, there were many complications in the lead up the wedding, which included the pair attempting to elope in the episode "The Return of Jimmy Blackhorse". |
| Since marrying in season 3, Bud has become the father of baby AJ, who was born in the season 4 episode "Yeah, Baby". Unfortunatele his second child, Sarah, died in a season 6 episode. I'm not sure of the details surrounding that though, because the episode is yet to be shown in Australia. |
