| Each pen is unique, one of a kind, turned and then sanded on the lathe up to 12,000 Mesh!! Then the pen is finished with a shellac called Friction Polish, or hand buffed and polished, depending on the type of wood for the best finish. Also, depending on the wood, some are finished with what is known as a "CA" finish. The pen is then buffed with a museum quality wax, called Renissance Wax, for protection. The pens are made from various exotic woods from all over the world as well as native woods, acrylic and Corian. Please look over my samples on the following pages. You will see different style pens to chose from depending on whether you like thin or more robust pens. All of the pens listed use, easily attainable Cross refill or a Parker refills. Since each pen is handmade, please contact me so I can determine what type of pen you would like and what material you would like it made from. For example you may see a pen made from Ash in my inventory with the metal on the pen being chrome and you would like the Ash pen made with Titanium Gold. that will probably be doable. Jjust email me and let me know what you would like. Also, if you have a special piece of wood, or a piece of Corian, say from that latest kitchen remodel, that you would like to have made into a pen just email me and let me know what you have and I will get back to you as soon as I can with the price. Maybe you just had a new wood floor installed and would like a pen made out of the flooring, no problem as long as the wood is solid 3/4 flooring, not laminate. Normally the piece of wood needs to be at least 3/4" square by 51/2" long to be large enough for a pen. You could then select whether you would like a Slimline, Streamline, or Cigar type pen and also select whether you would like gold, chrome, black chrome, etc. In the case of Corian, this is normally about 1/2" thick so I could make you a Slimline pen from that material. Please note that when using PayPal you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card. Shipping and handling is $4.95 and each pen comes in a FREE gift box! Shipping Insurance, if you so desire, is priced at the normal US Postal Service Rate which is $1.65 for up to $50.00 in insurance. | To order the pen of your choice simply do the following: 1 - Email me (email) indicating which pen(s) you would like to purchase. Remember to indicate if you would like insurance. If paying by VISA, Mastercard or Discover please include your charge card number, telephone number, street address and zip code and the authorization pin number on the back of your card. I will then charge your credit card and get the product in the mail to you right away. 2 - If paying via Paypal, I will email you an invoice from my PayPal account. You can then make payment through Paypal with your Credit or Debit Card. (Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.). I will receive confirmation from Paypal that payment has been made and will ship your pen. 3 - If you wish to pay by Money Order that is fine also. I will email you an invoice which will include the address to send the Money Order to. When I receive your Money Order I will ship the products. |
