After reading the documentation and you support our opinion, please send an email to Sun Wing Customer Service letting them know. Refer to file number 927147. Thanks. Our contention is that this was NOT a 24 Hour All Inclusive resort based upon Sun Wing's representation on the web site. Rather than apologising, or even acknowledging that our claims are valid, Sun Wing chooses to ARGUE with us. We are not seeking a free trip--as we really enjoyed our vacation despite these irritants as described in our original letter. The pool closed at 8 p.m.--it could've closed at 11, the "Burger" could have used a mop and covered and refrigerated the food, the bus driver could've turned on the air conditioner, bottled water could've been offered for the 2 hour drive, the domestic beer should have been free, the Sun Wing reps or who ever loaded our baggage on the bus should not have demanded money, and Sun Wing could learn what customer service really means. What was most irritating was Sun Wing's response, as it was expected the Hotel would not admit to any wrong doing on their part. In fact, the Bahia even states in their letter they do indeed close their pool at 8 p.m. So how exactly does Sun Wing think it's a 24 hour resort? Because a Burger shack and reception who can't really do anything, are open 24 hours? So Sun Wing hides behind their terms of agreement, which we didn't receive, hides behind my travel agent, who is only a sales person for Sun Wing by default, claims they do not do customer service, despite their web link, and ARGUES with us to try and prove us wrong. Buyer Beware. We will never deal with Sun Wing or the Bahia again, based on the misleading advertising and subsequent treatment regarding our complaint. |
