Candle ritual for Calming

To calm yourself or someone close to you. (candle ritual)
The setup is like this...

Pink #1        Petioner          Pink #2                Lgt. Blue #2

Ritual:

Light the altar candles then light the incense. 
Sit & think about all that has gone wrong & how
much better it would have all been if you would have
just stayed calm. Now light the Petitoner's candle and
say: (Petitoner's name) has been overwhelmed w/ stress 
to make (petitoner) calm get him/her out of this mess. 
Now light the pink candles in order & say: Honor, love, and morality are all parts of my reality. 
W/ the lighting of these candles I wish to reach 
tranquility. 
Now think about 
how being calm will change your life. 
Now light the light blue candles and say: 
These candles represent patience, health, and 
understanding, so let them help me to become less
demanding. Now allow your hands to feel the warmth of 
the flames & think about how calm you now are. For 5 minutes 
relax & don't let anything bother you. Repeat this ritual daily.
Everyday moving the pink and light blue candles 2 inches closer to Petitoner candle until they touch it.
 +++Remeber you are now calmed so try to maitain that calmness
 and don't let every little thing bother you.+++++
