Enchanted Rock Cave

It all started when my friend John and I went to Enchanted Rock in early March 2002. Follow the Arrows We found the cave but were'nt too sure how to get in. We were in the first small room and heard a group of kids coming in. They seemed to know the way but didn't have enough flashlights. We did and they wanted us to go. I started to get a foreboding feeling which didn't help the feeling of claustrophobia I was beginning to have. The Main EntranceAfter some procrastination, John said, "Come on! Let's do it!" so I just thought "What the hell......"

We started climbing down and while I was trying to control my claustrophobia, John seemed fine. After a couple minutes I was normal. The cave is real short and took only ten minutes or so. The First Room But it was my first real cave and I had a feeling of accomplishment at the end. I wanted to do the cave again, but we decided against it.

I have been back to Enchanted Rock about three times since then just to take people through the cave. There's always people at the entrance trying to find the way in. This actually takes some time because they have to climb back out when they realize there's no way they're going through that tiny hole. Only one time did someone follow us into the cave. Inside Her name was Dawn. Hi Dawn! Every time I get to Enchanted Rock, I feel like being a cave tour guide.Near the End

So, after I had done that small cave, I had to find some more. My brother Mike told me he and his friend An went in a cave a long time ago and it had a place called One-Legged Man Passage. This cave was behind Toys R Us he said and was really big. I decided it was time for some research.......
