Hey there! Thanks for caring to know a little about me! My name is Christine, I live in New York and I am proud to be an AMERICAN!! :-D I started my Autograph Collecting back in the Summer of 2001. My friend Nicole was writing to people on GH and I didn't think they were going to send her anything back but they did! And I was SO jealous! So I decided to start writing, my first letters I typed and sent out in August of 2001 was to Jason-Shane Scott (Ex-Will Rappaport on OLTL) Ty Treadway (Troy but back then he was still Coltin on OLTL) David Fumero (Cristian on OLTL) and Coltin Scott Martines (Nikolas on GH) I just sent them in regular envelopes because I didn't know the whole thing about a SASE etc, so out of all 4, 2 replied, my very first autograph was from Ty Treadway, he sent me a color 8X10 ISP! And I received it at the end of October 2001, I was SO happy! He even used his own envelope being that I sent his letter in just a regular one. And then I had to wait a LONG time for Coltin Scott, who sent me a signed postcard in May of 2002. Jason never replied because right after I wrote him, he left the show and David just didn't. The more people I wrote to, the smarter I got, I learned the hard way about not sending SASE's I wrote to Tamara Braun (Carly on GH) and I didn't send a SASE, I had my heart set on getting a really nice ISP because that's what I heard she sends back but I just got fan club info and if I wanted a picture I would have to send a SASE, so finally I started sending SASE's to people and I noticed how fast most of the replies were and I always got a picture never did I send a SASE and not get a signed photo returned in it. Also some of my Autographs come from meeting the star personally. They're my IN PERSON AUTOGRAPHS and those are my most special ones because whenever I look at them I remember meeting the Actor or Actress. My IN PERSON AUTOGRAPHS would be, Steve Burton (Jason on GH) David Fumero (Cristian on OLTL) Coltin Scott Martines (Nikolas on GH) Chad Brannon (Zander on GH) Josh Duhamel (Ex-Leo on AMC) and a bunch of OLTL ones from the Luncheon's I've attended and so on. All my other Autographs were gotten by writing to them by mail or joining mailing lists or actually being contacted through e-mail from the star because I run a site for them. I've been collecting for 4 years now so whenever I write to someone I ALWAYS send a SASE! No matter what! If you're reading this right now and you don't know what a SASE is, read below and I listed the steps in filling out and sending one.

Ok, so you want to write to your favorite Soap Star, but you heard that they request a S.A.S.E aka self addressed stamped envelope. "What the hell is a S.A.S.E?" you may say. "How do I send one?" Well it's very easy just follow these simple steps and you'll be sending tons out in no time :)

1. Buy a package of 8x10 or bigger, tan envelopes, with the little clasp on the top of them.

2. To do this you will need 2 of those envelopes, take one and write your address on it along with .60 cents worth of postage, you can use one .60 cent stamp or one .37 cent and one .23 cent one, so all together you'll have two stamps on it.

3. Then take your other envelope and put your letter or whatever you're sending in it. On that envelope write the actor/actresses address on it, you will also need to put .60 cents worth of postage on that envelope as well.

4. Then take the envelope with your address on it and fold it and put it in the envelope with the actor/actresses address on it.

5. So now all you'll have is one envelope with your letter and self addressed stamped envelope inside of it.
