THE LITTLE BLUEBIRDS
We are bluebirds; we are free, Flying high above the trees. Chasing the mist of Rainbows, Blowing in the breeze. Life is happy, life is clean. We're as happy as we've ever been, Chasing beetles and finding worms. The days go by, and more we learn. Building a nest with pine needles we've found Together with leaves, and twigs from the ground.
And have some babies, maybe two or three. We'll teach them to fly, and weather the storm. It soon will be spring, and then they'll be born. We'll teach them of life, and how to be free, And they will grow and soar through the trees.
And all other things that they have thought of. One day too, they'll be able to say, "I'm a little blue bird, and I've seized the day"
