My Pics Page
My nephew, Andrew. A future ISU chemistry graduate student?
Probably not ;) Hopefully he'll decide to be either an ISU cyclone
or a SDSU jackrabbit!
This picture was taken when the girls came to visit me when SDSU had
their spring break.
Back left: Michele, Melissa
Front left: Beckie, Tamie
My friends (left to right): Beckie, Brad, and Katie.
Here are Beckie and Tamie.
Never play "Truth or Dare" with these girls -- they'll end up knowing
EVERYTHING!
Here's my friend, Traci, presenting her research to the Board of Regents
in Pierre, SD.
Here's my friend, Rita.
Here are my great friends, Greg and Stephanie. Greg and I were
roomates for
2 years at SDSU. Stephanie lived across the hall from us and
I actually played
a large role in getting the two of them together. And now they
are getting married!!! I
can't wait for their wedding.
Here's my friend, Sue. I kind of wonder what this poor owl is
thinking. Oh well, he's
in pretty good hands. Sue's a good friend and I hope her and
Edu don't feel
the need to leave Ames soon.
Here's my friend, Michele. Hmm, looks like she's been caught
"red handed"! :)
This was the first time I got to hold my nephew after he was born.

Here's my friend, Tina. She's going to make a SUPER nurse!!!
(Left to right): Tamie, Katie and Beckie.
It's always awesome to get together with them!
If I spoil my own kids as much as I spoil my nephew, Andrew, they are
going to be LUCKY kids!
I couldn't find any other pics of the two of us -- I think Uncle Jared
and Andrew have both seen
better days! :)
Definitely one of the most exciting days of my life -- getting my BS
degree in Chemistry from
South Dakota State University in May 2000.
Ok -- this picture is very old, but it's still a good one of my family.

Mom, Mary

I think I caught Tanya in the middle of some deep thoughts!
This picture was taken on the day of my graduation from college on
May 6, 2000. Those
who know me best know the theme of the cake fits me well! :)
These are my friends, Doug and Rita.
Here are some of my awesome lab mates here at ISU in Dr. Armstrong's
research group. From
