Because I think the show is starting to get way off track. first they fire Trevor that whole thing with Janet is off the wall then they have Gillian Marry Jake. She belongs with Ryan.

They have the best chemistry between them & that talent should not be taken advantage of & be wasted. they are a perfect couple & will be one of the greatest couples in daytime if they would only be put together & KEPT together.

I want Ryan and Gillian together because they have the potential to be a supercouple of the Millenium year. They are so hot together, you just melt away when Ryan talks to Gillian, even when he is just being a friend, he has so much warmth, and compassion, and love for her, and when Gillian needs comforting, she turns to Ryan, and it is so wonderful to see. I love them together. They are my number 1 reason for watching AMC now. They have tried these two with other people, and they just don't work, they belong with each other for always...

Every soap needs to have a solid marriage (to give us all hope!) The Joe & Ruth Martin marriage has always been that rock, a new solid marriage needs to be established to continue the tradition - and to let it start with a "younger" couple will help instill a "stick-to-it-and-work-it-out" mindset for the younger fans

Ryan and Gillian are perfect together. The chemistry that Cameron & Esta share is too hot to ignore. Every time they share the screen my heart races and I cling to every word they say. There is a certain spark in each of their eyes that I haven't seen between any other characters. Ryan and Gillian have moved me to tears more times than I can count. I don't want to watch them make anymore mistakes -- They need to be together!! If Mateo and Hayley can keep finding *love* together then why can't Ryan and Gillian? They are obviously the love of each other's life!

Ryan and Gillian should never have signed the divorce papers. They understand each other's problem and really love each other. If the writers really want to keep the AMC Fans happy they will get them back together.

There aren't two characters in daytime that have greater chemistry than Ryan and Gillian. Cameron and Esta sparkle and sizzle together.  Reuniting them is a must!

I want to see Ryan and Gillian together because I believe they have great potential to be a supercouple and I think that AMC is squandering that potential by keeping them apart. Ryan and Gillian have so many possibilities for stories...it's endless...but it's only entertaining if they're together.

What is not to like about Ryan and Gillian? These two characters and their talented portrayers bring out the best in each other everytime they share a scene. The couple is romantic, sexy and fun and it they make "All My Children" so much more fun to watch. Please put these two back together!

Ryan and Gillian are the REASON I got back into All My Children. I sort gave up hope after all of my faves left..Maria was gone and I gave the show a little longer. Sure enough, These two came along and I can't get enough of them. Now I just want more.

They're still in love with each other. It's obvious every time they see each other. They had their rough points, but if they'd give themselves a chance they'd make it.

The chemistry between these two characters is without parallel and ignite the screen when they are together. They have the passion, tenderness, laughs, and little victories that anyone would feel blessed to have in a relationship. They are the ultimate couple that encompass true beauty, brains, and charm.

I want Ryan and Gillian together for the simple fact that they are soulmates.  Ryan and Gillian have more chemistry than a periodic table.  The sad fact is that I forgot how much chemistry these 2 share with each other until I saw Friday's (11/12/99) episode of AMC.  First, let me say that Esta TerBlanche continues to blow me away with her performances.  Even thought Jake was inthe room with Ryan and Gillian, neither one of them knew it.  They were concentrating on each other.  I continue to wait for the day where Ryan wises up and goes back to Gillian begging her to forgive his stupidity.  That is where he belongs, and the only time he is a viable character.  Both characters come alive when they are together, and I hope AMC begins to repair the damage to this couple very soon.  A reunion cannot happen overnight, so I hope they start on that road soon.
