COUNTRY CHICKEN & BISCUITS serves 4 people

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (I used whole beans & baby carrots)
1 cup onion ( recipe said chopped I did mouth sized pieces)
1 tin mushrooms, drained (I used about 12 fresh large ones)
1 Knorr chicken cube dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
3 cups cubed cooked chicken (I used 2 skinless chicken breasts)
2 tsp parsley

For biscuits:
1 cup Bisquik
1/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cook frozen vegetables & onion pcs. in broth
until just tender. Add mushrooms. Add cornstarch solution , stir until
gravy thickens. Add chicken & parsley. Pour into large ungreased lasagna
baking dish. Make biscuit mixture. Drop by tsps on top of chicken.
Bake 30 minutes or until biscuits brown.

*I cut this recipe in half for Steve & I, limit myself to one biscuit, and the rest
is straight WW. Steve will have a baked potato with his, but for me it is a whole meal.*

Now I haven't tried this one but it's from my Mum's WW book: Note that you
are supposed to limit yourself to 1 cup pasta cooked I changed the crushed garlic
to a pinch. It looks good in the picture but as I read it I know I'd change a few things!
