Why So Cheap?
How are we able to provide complimentary vacations? Our travel agency has the ability to fill airline seats, cruise ships, and hotels that, on average, operate at 60 - 70% occupancy. So, these vacations fill the unsold seats & rooms.
The travel agency and the hotels in the Bahamas are willing to subsidize these vacations because they expect to gain revenue from all your activities while at the resort (eating, drinking, gambling, shopping, etc.).
The hotels, cruises, and airlines would rather make a little than lose money altogether due to empty seats and rooms.
Freedom Works! Inc. is the provider of the travel vouchers, we are NOT the travel agency -- Questions about travel must be directed to the travel agency listed on your vacation certificate.
Their phone number will be listed on the travel certificate.
Keep in mind that this is NOT a time-share arrangement, and, you will not have to sit through any presentation or be sold anything -- no catches, no strings. Well, ok, just one: you are required to have fun!
How Does the Voucher Work?
When your vacation certificate arrives, you simply call the travel agency listed on the voucher. They will answer any questions you have about your travel arrangements and options.
The travel agent will make reservations for you at one of several pre-arranged hotels or fine resorts which are all three-star or above hotels and resorts. The travel agent will also send you an itinerary.
Once you register your vacation certificate with us and we receive your $295 fee, you will have one year from that date to use your vacation. It is, of course, based on availability
with the high-travel seasons being harder to get and may require much advanced notice.
There are no blackout dates. However, at least 60 days notice is required.
The voucher expires one year from the issue date. Travel must be completed before the voucher expires.
The voucher is for promotional use only -- it is void if resold. You may transfer your vacation for a $25 fee.
This fee must be paid prior to any transfers. You may extend some of the vacations for up to one year, for a fee of $25.00.

What exactly are the costs involved?
All travelers will be responsible for any and all taxes, gratuities, service fees, taxes and hospitality fees associated with their vacation.
These usually total about $298.00 per person. All airline, cruise taxes, additional travelers fees, and hospitality fees will be collected in advance.
These fees must be paid to the travel agency prior to the office applying for your vacation dates.
All hotel and rental car taxes will be collected at check-in when you arrive in Freeport (except for Club Fortuna).
Also, all alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, and transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the travelers.
What About the Timing?
Be sure to send in your reservation request in plenty of time to secure your vacation dates.
Reservations received in less than 45 days from travel date will be charged a $25/person fee to accelerate your reservations
(and additional costs may be incurred by you for short notice plans).
Major holiday travelers need to plan well in advance and may encounter additional charges. As the Vacation Voucher registrar, we require 60 to 90 days notice.
Also, please give the travel agency at least 60 days notice prior to requesting your travel dates.
Be prepared to give an alternative travel date, as well. In the event that your first requested date is not available,
the travel agent will automatically apply for the backup date. Once the agency applies for your travel dates, they will confirm your travel request.
This is not for checking availability -- this is making your travel arrangements firm. Confirmations will follow.
What if My Plans Change?
Changes in reservations will only be accepted in writing by mail, fax, or in person.
Your change of date, or name, must be received at least 21 days prior to your travel date.
You will be charged additional penalties that are incurred by the travel agency, PLUS a $35.00 per person service fee.
You may then reschedule your vacation under normal terms and conditions
Cancellation of your vacation itinerary will be accepted only in writing by mail, or fax.
Cancellation must be received by the travel agency at least 21 days prior to your departure date to qualify for the partial refund.
A $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to you. The vacation voucher registration fee ($295) is non-refundable.
Any cancellation received within 15 days of departure are subject ot an additional $25.00 fee per person,
plus any additional expenses or fees that the travel agency incurs from participating cruise ships, hotels, and airlines.
If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the travel date, no refund will be issued.
What About Passports?
For entry into the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States, US Citizens must carry proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, and a picture ID).
Foreign passengers must be in possession of a valid passport, and a multiple-entry visa.
It is the passengers' responsibility to check with government agencies, or consulates, to determine required documents for entry into the Bahamas, and re-entry into the United States.
All visitors are subject to the laws and regulations of the host country.
Any Other Limitations?
Due to certain seasonal demands and availabilities, our travel agency reserves the right to offer substitute hotel or cruise accommodations of equal or greater value, when necessary.
The travel agency assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by anyother agent,
or distributor, other than those specifically contained in this offer, and contained within the terms and conditions of this offer.
Neither Freedom Works! Inc. or our travel agency is responsible for changes, or cancellation, of agreements between any hotels, cruise ships, or airlines.

Simple. Click the PayPal button and follow the directions. We will send you your Bahamas Vacation Voucher within a few days.
After that, you decide when you want to go, and call the travel agent listed on the voucher to make your reservations.
