Up and dressed at break of day
        Rummage Sales, we're on our way

Check the car and check our purses,
        Put away these silly verses.

All day long we search and buy,
        Anything that takes our eye.

Home and tired at end of day,
        All our things out on display

A book that I've already read,
        A doll that has a wobbly head.

Some syrup with a broken seal,
        A wagon with a twisted wheel.

A TV set without a screen,
        A great chess set without a queen

A dozen bracelets, half are broken,
        A slightly tarnished street car token.

Can we use them? No, not one !!!!!
        But, boy, oh, boy ~ did we have FUN !!!!!!
