Above all the rest of his family (Arram aside), is Sayen. Not only does Polith love him as the father that he acts as, but in Polith's eyes, Sayen is all the hero that he could ever wish to be. Polith wants to grow up to be like his idol more than anything, and he isn't afraid to show it. His love for Sayen is too great for him to be bothered by any doubts... Even the occasional taunt from Arram is no biggy for Polith, even if Arram's "big brother" status does put him in an influential place. Polith respects his bond, and the two work well together (though Polith does find Arram's liking of the fiery disciplines rather distasteful). Polith has been known to help Arram out in some of his trouble making, but the truth is that the Pernese just isn't very good at the whole thing... especially when it comes to lying.

As it is, Arram will sometimes leave his bond to his own devices, if only to keep his secrets quiet for a bit longer. Polith's quirks come out full force when this occurs, and not only will he be seen prancing about but he tends to talk to himself. Besides entertaining himself with his own voice, Polith is something of a pack rat, especially when it comes to art... and more especially, shiny things...
