Magma1

In an elegtly decorated room a woman sat upon the throne. The large golden doors were swung open carfully as a young warrior quickly walked forward.
    "Kashikoi, what is your rush? Is it happenin?" The woman upon the throne asked.
    "Yes, Jo`oo-sama, it has started." The warriour replied kneeling.
    "Then proceed with the plan." The queen instucted.
    "Jo`oo-sama I mean not to question you, but is this course of action wise?" kashikoi asked looking at the queen.
    "I have also had the same cocers, but if Hayashi isto survive, this is the only thing I know to do." The queen stated and with that Kashikoi bowed and left.

The high for today will be in the upper 90's, with humidity at 100%

    "Why does it have to be so hot on the first day of school" Shu complained as he switched off the radio.
    "It is rather hot for spring." Touma commented.
    "Hey, Thanks again for picking me up. I would of died walking in this heat." magma said from the back seat next to Ryo.
    "It's great that your going to our school this year." Cye commented.
    "Yea, now you and Ryo can spend more time together." Sage comented eyeing the two.
    "We're just friends." They both yelled and blushed. Everybody laughed.
    "Now we just have to get Cye to pay attention to what's being taught in English and not on the teacher." Rowen said grinning.
    "Why's that?" Magma asked
    "Katie's the new assistant for the English department." Ryo explained.
    "Really?! I thought she was going to collage?" Magma asked
    "She is, but when she doesn't have classes she'll be at school." Cye explained as he got out of the van.
    "Ahh... I see. So what do you guys have first?" Magma asked as her and Ryo started down the street.
    "Me and Cye have English first." Kento said as he started on an apple.
    "I"ve got History." Ryo replied looking at his secdual.
    "And me and Rowen are in Chemestry." Sage added, "What about you?
    "I've got English, with Cye and Kento I beleive." Magma replied.
    "Good someone to help keep Cye's attention where it should be." Rowen said laughing. The others did also as Cye gave Rowen a dirty look.

Later at lunch they were all sitting around a table in the cafiteria.
    "Man, is it jus tme or has it really gottne hot?" Kento asked.
    "It's gotten hot. Katie stated as she sat down next to Cye.
    "What are you doing here? I thought you had a class this after noon?" Cye asked
    "I did, but it got cancelled. The teacher couldn't make it to class." Katie explained.
    "Lucky." Kento grumbled.
    "Why aren't you eating in the teachers lounge? It's probably cooler in there." Ryo asekd
    "Yea, but I wasnted to come and talk to you guys." katie replied.
    "No, you wanted to see Cye." Rowen whispered.
    "What did you say?" Kaite asked
    "Nothin, nothing." Rowen said as he lheld hte book he was reading higher as Katie shook her head.
    "Anyways, THe principle is thinking of letting you guys go home early cause of the heat." Katie announced
    "What? really?" Kento asked.
    "Yea, the heat index is like 110 now." Katie explained.
    "The heat what?" Kento asked
    "The heat index. THat's the temp that it feels like." Rowen explained.
    "Ahh... So when do we get out of here?" Kento asked egerly.
    "Kento, I said might. As in you may not be sent home." Katie explained.
    "Aww..." Kento whined.
    "Kaite, what is the accuall Temputare?" Sage asked.
    "Well, that's hard to tell now." Katei replied
    "Why's that?" Cye asked
    "Well, it's weird. It was only supposed to get into the high 90's, and it was 94 this morning. On my way back here after my class was cancelled it was up to 97, and then once I got here it was up to 99." Katie explained.
    "Are you sure.. maybe it was just the difference in thermometers." Rowen suggested.
    "I would of thought that to, but it was the same radio station all three times." Katie added. Suddenly a beeb came from over head as a voice stared over the intercom...

'Attention students and staff... because of the unsusual weather you will be reliased early today'

The entire cafiteria was filled with cheers from the students including Kento

'ATTENTION..... before you go.... The current temputure outside is now up to 110, and the heat index is up to 120. Once you are dismissed from your classes your are encuraged to seek shelter in an air conditioned place, and to drink a lot of water. The government has suggested thay you not even swim in the ocean or a pool. I repeat, go to an air conditioned place and drink a lot of water. You are now dismissed.'

Two seconds later the cafiteria was void of all but seven students.
    "Come on you guys... let's get out of here." Kento begged getting up.
    "This is crazy. The temputure has raised 10 degrees in 10 min" Katie exclaimed.
    "We best get going. No one can stand this amount of heat." Touma said as he also stood up.
    "Finally." Kento exclaimed. The group walked out of the school.
    "Hey, Magma, how come your not complaing about the heat?" Kento asked as they walked to the van.
    "Hm? Oh, I like the heat." Magma replied and then thought to herself, 'after living in a volcano this is nothing' Everybody stared at her, "What? Some people like the heat and some like the cold"
    "That's true... I'd take the cold anyday." Katie stated.
    "But what's making the weather so hot. This is defently not normal." Sage commented as they got in the van.
    "Yea, but at least Mia has air" Ryo pointed out, "Hey, Magma, why don't you come home with us. You don't have air do you?"
    "No, I wonder where they're going to be?" Magma replied.
    "Here, you can call them." Katie said handing Magma a cell phone.
    "Thanks" Magma said as she started dialing.
    "When did you get that?" Kento asked.
    "Oh, a couple of days ago." Katie replied, "I wanted something to be able to call your school, if a class ran late or got cacelled or I missed a train or somthing. Accually it was the principles idea."
    "Ahh... Um.. do you think I could..." Kento started.
    "No, you can't order any food." Katie stated as Kento sighed and turnned back around.

The next few day turned out uneventfull. Schools and most buisness are closed becuase of the tepatures. The temps themselves rose 10 degrees each day and the heat index rose that if not more. People who had the money left the country to find relife, cause even in the northern most island of
Hokkaido which is known for the cold weather has highs in hundreds. The Ronins were sweating it out at Mia's, too hot to do anything or go anywere.
    "Hey, does anyone want to go hike down to the cabin with me and go swimming?" Magma asked walking into the living room.
    "Are you crazy!" Kento exclaimed.
    "Yea, even with the air.. it's too hot to do anything." Cye agreed.
    "No, kidding. When I last heard the temp was up to 120 and the heat index...." Katie started
    "Don't say it... I don't even want to know." Rowen said as he gulped down some water.
    "Well, I'm going to go lay out some and get a tan." Magma said as she headed outside.
    "How can that girl stand it?" Sage asked.
    "Are you sure she's not sick or anything?" Ryo asked looking to Rowen
    "Yea, She seems healthy to me." Rowen replied.
    "A little too healthy." Kento grumbled.
    "I think somthing is really wrong here." Katie stated when she made sure Magma was gone.
    "What?" Cye asked
    "Temps this high? Don't tell me you havn't thought about it." Katie asked.
    "Yea, of course we thought about it. We were talking abou it a couple of days ago." Ryo replied
    "And.." Katie asked
    "And what? We couldn't figure out anything." Rowen answered.
    "Yea, no warlord or manac ruler has shown up or anything." Sage added.
    "True, but there has to be something going on that isn't natural..." Katie said thinking. Just then Magma burst into the room.
    "Magma, what's wrong?" Ryo asked standing up.
    "There's somekind of Warlord out there.... or something..." Magma stammered as Mia came from the kitchen. She looked to the others and then walked over to Magma,
    "Come on, let's go to the basement..." Mia said as she kinda pushed Magma along.
    "What about the others?" Magma asked trying to pretend she didn't know about them.
    "They're umm... going to go somewhere else that's safe... they have to find Jun and Byakuen." Mia lied as they headed down the stairs.
    'Nice lie' Magma thought to herself, 'Jun's living with his grandparents now' She followed Mia on down the stairs.
    "Ok, guys, let's go!" Ryo yelled as he transformed into his subarmor the others following. They ran outsid to come face to face with a souldier in a weird looking armor.
    "And who are you?" Kento yelled as he readyed his staff.
    "I am General Gijutsu of Hayashi." The figure replied, "I'm here to rid this place of your world.
    "That's what you think." Kento yelled
    "Yea, you'll have to get by us first" Sage added
    "And who are you?" The general asked
    "We are the Ronin Warriors. Defenders of this World" Ryo anounced.
    "Well, we'll just see about that." The General sneered as he attacked. The Ronins jumped away from him....

"Armor of Wildfire... Halo....Torrent....Hardrock....Strata...Earth.....Doa, JI!!!!"

    "Hmm.. This may prove to be quite intresting..." The General figured, "I beleive I'll need some help." With that he waved a hand in the air and an army of magical soldiers came out of nowhere and stared to attack.
    "Akk, where did they all come from?" Katie asked as she unshethed her katanas and started fighting.
    "Who cares... Let's just get the jerk that sent them!" Kento yelled as he let loose his sure kill, "IRON ROCK CRUSHER!!!!!" The sure kill distroyed several of the soldiers only to be replaced by more.
    "Hmm.. a warrior that can use the earth he stands on in an attack. I wonder it the others have similar attacks?" The General wondered to himslef. He gave an unspoken command. The soldiers then attack harder seperating the six warriors. Cye unable to keep them back unleashed his sure kill.
    "SUPER WAVE SMASHER!!!!!" The others soon followed.
    "FLARE UP NOW!!"
    "ARROW SHOCK WAVE!!!"
    "THUNDER BOLT STRIKE!!!
    "EARTH ELEMENTAL BLAST!!!!

    "Hmm... so the others fight with water, fire, air, nature, and then the last with a combination of the five. This might prove intersting..." The General thought. With another unspoken command he and the soldiers dissapeared.
    "What? Where'd he go?" Kento asked
    "I have a bad feeling about all this." Katie said as she banished her armor and subarmor.
    "I agree. Something bad is going to happen" Rowen said as he and the others banashed theirs and looked toward where the General stood.
