Deep in the City, Odorokasu had just entered the main chambers of his master. "You summened me, Master" "Yes, Odorokasu, I want to know your plan for capuring the girl?" "I'm assuming she will go after Korin today. I will confront her when she arrives at the plateau. I will then tell her that Akutoo is about to attack her home again and capture all the children. If she cares for them enough she will teleport right then and there. With your permission, Akutoo will be waiting on her to arrive and when she appears ready to fight and there is no fight he will grab her and leave." "This sounds promising. You have my permission. Akutoo, come!" "Yes, my master" Akutoo spoke as he kneeled. "You will follow Odorokasu's plan" "Yes and what if she doesn't teleport home?" "Then you will attack, of coarse" Odorokasu sneared "Of coarse." Akutoo sneered back. "You may leave to carry out the plan." "yes master" they both replied as they left.

"All right, are you sure you'll be ok." Katie asked "Don't worry,Katie, if they come we'll be ready." Shin replied. "Yea, we'll bash there heads in" added Shu. "Ok, then I'm going... Your sure..." "Yea Katie were sure. Go Bayakuen" Ryo said. Bayakuen ran away with Katie on his back waving bye. Katie didn't have a clue where they were going. Since she needed to know what the place looked like to teleport she had to find other means of getting to the Akidoshi Plateau. Luckly Bayakuen and Ryo had been there before when they were fighting Arago, so she was stuck riding him there. She really didn't mind, at least she had company this time. According to Ryo the plateau wasn't that far away so the ride wouldn't be too bad.

About four hours later Katie and Bayakuen arrived at the plateau. Katie got off of Bayakuen. "So this is where Korin is?" Bayakuen started to push her torward a cave. "What is it boy? Is he in there?" Bayakuen nodded. Katie no more then took a step when Odorokasu appeared. "Who are you?" Katie asked "I, my beautiful lady, am Odorokasu." Katie took a fighting stance at his words. "I have come to warn you" "Warn me of what?" "At this moment Akutoo is attacking your home in order to capture the six childern." "What!? Why are you telling me this?" "I just thought that you would like to know, so you could go help them." 'This could all be a trap. But again he could be telling the truth. I have to trust in the guys if he is telling the truth. Right now I have to find Korin.' Katie thought to herself. "Well arn't you going to help them?" Odorokasu said growing impationt " No. I have to find Korin. And I will." stated Katie. "WHat!?" Odorokasu replied surprized. Sometime during the conversation Bayakuen had taken off with out any body noticing and had just returned next to Katie. "Bayakuen what is it?" She asked the tiger who was nugging his nose into her hand. In his mouth he had the Korin armor orb. Katie took it from him without Odorokasu seeing it. Only untill it was too late had Odorokasu relized what had happened. Katie was now standing before him in the green subarmor of the Korin yoroi. "What?!" "It seems I'm smarter then you thought, Eh?" "Well, I guess it's time for plan B. Soldiers find the wearer of Korin. I will take care of the girl." Odorokasu attacked Katie and she was able to jump out of the way. "Bayakuen, find Seiji!?" Bayakuen looked at katie with a worried look and then ran into the cave. All Katie could do was jump away to avoid the attacks. Odoroaksu was not about to give her the time to use th Korin yoroi. Katie realized this and ran into the woods nearby hopeing to hide so she could give herself enough time to transform. "You think you can run from me?" he laughed as he took persute. Katie ran as fast as she could, she finally thought she had lost him long enough to transform. She prepared to transform when she heard something in the distance that stopped her. "Hey, over there, are you all right?" a voice sounded. Katie thought she knew the voice, but could it be? A young man came through the bushes and stood in front of Katie. Katie had uncontiously changed back to her normal clothes. The man was young about the same age of Katie. He was slightly taller and had hair darker then night and eyes a deep brown. "Katie?! What are you doing here?" he asked "Kenji?! Why are you here?" Katie asked back. "Hey, no fair I asked first" they then heard a bunch of noice and Katie knew Odorokasu was getting close. "Kenji, you have to get out of here!" "Katie, what's going on?" "I can't explain now. Just run!" Katie grabbed his hand and pulled him after her. They ran for about a minuet when Kenji stopped "Kenji! What are you doing? You have to get out of here!" "Not without answers" "Kenji, we don't have time" Katie pleaded. Kenji just stood there tapping his foot. "Ok. you want answers. Remember the legend of the Samurai Troopers my mother used to tell us when we were little?" "Yea. So." "It's true. Everything is true." "Katie it was only a story." "No it isn't. The thing chasing us is an evil warrior by the name of Odorokasu. He is after me because i posses one of the Troopers yoroi. I have to find the wearer to give it back to him." "Katie your not making sence" "You just need the sence knocked into you!" Odorokasu yelled as he attacked Kenji. Katie doned her subarmor it atomaticly turnning green. Katie pushed Kenji out of the way and took the attack herself. "Katie!!" Kenji yelled as he fell. Katie was now on her back with her arm protecting her from his blade. Katie was struguling under his streangth. She was able to look at Kenji and saw the look of worry and fear in his face. "Kenji, you have to get out of here!" " I won't leave you!" Kenji then stood up and tried to tackel Odorokasu from the from the side. Odorokasu was able to throw him against a tree with out letting up on Katie. Katie saw Kenji hit the tree and go uncontious. "That was a big mistake!" Katie yelled. the kanji appeared on her forehead.

"Honor"

With all the streangth she could gather she threw Odorokasu off of her and he landed several feet away. Katie then jumped into the air glowing a bright green.

"Busooo Korin"

the Korin yoroi wrapped around her and the NoDatchi appeared in her hands. She landed and charged. Odorokasu was so surprised that this girl could be stonger then himself that he didn't see her comming. Katie was right on top of him ready to strike. For a split second they locked eyes. Katie backed down and ran to Kenji. She consentrated and they both vansashed.

Back at the house everybody was outside helping Ryo, Shin, and Shu workout by playing tag. The three Troopers were it. Hi above them Akutoo was watching. "It has been too long. I will attack now." Akutoo then decended on the group below. "Shu! Look up!" Jun yelled. Everybody looked up and saw Akutoo comming. Ryo, Shin, and Shu atomaticlly armored up, and all the kids gathered behind them.

Katie and Kenji appeared at the entrance to the cave. Katie picked Kenji up and ran into the cave. She didn't know where she was going but went off in whatever direction she was facing. At one point Kenji started to stir in her arms, so Katie layed him down near a small pool of water. She took off the helmet and used it to hold some water. Katie splashed some water on Kenji's face and he finally came around."Kenji! are you all right?" "Yea I had the weardest dream. You were wearing somekind of armor and some idiot was after you." Katie laughed "It wasn't a dream." " Then how did we get her, where ever here is" " After you went out. I doned the Korin yoroi and teleported us to this cave. The wearer of this armor should be in here somewhere." "But, where?" "I don't have the slightest idea." Then they both heard a battle echo in the cave. " That must be Bayakuen protecting the wearer." "Who?" "Bayakuen, the white tiger" "You mean..." "Yep he's real. Do you think you can walk?" "Yea I just have a headacke" "Well, come on I think I know where he is." Kenji followed Katie as they walked through the cave. Finally after about ten minuets they arrived at a opening to a larger caveren. "Kenji, stay here." "Ok." Katie proceded into the cave and found Bayakuen surrunded by soldiers. Katie held the NoDachi in both hands and attacked the remaining soldiers. after they were all defeted Katie called for Kenji to come out. When Kenji first appeared Bayakuen took a defencive stance in front. "Bayakuen, it's all right. This is Kenji. A friend." Bayakuen looked at Katie then at Kenji and backed off. "Don't worry he won't hurt you if you don't hurt any one around him." "That's a releif. Is that the wearer?" Kenji asked looking at the crystal case. "Yea, his name is Date Seiji." Katie replied as she walked over to the case. She closed her eyes and the crystal orb apeared in her hand. "What is that?" "hm? Oh, this. It's the crystal orb. Kinda like the key to the armors." Katie then placed the orb into the indentation in the case. As before the orb and the wearers forhead glowed with the kanji of the yoroi,

"Courtesy"

Then the top of the case and the orb disapeared. "Katie, weren't you just in green?" "Yea, but now that Seiji is awake he gets his green subarmor back and I get my brown." "Your brown?!" "I'll explain later, lets just get back to the house." "What house?" "The Yagu's old house, I own it now." Katie then concentrated and teleported all four of them back to the house.

Once at the house they heard the battle outside. “Kenji, you stay here with Bayakuen.” Katie then left to join the battle. Outside the Troopers were not doing well. Ryo was missing one of his katanas, Shin was without his yari, and Shu was just being slammed into a nearby tree. Katie saw Ryo missing katana not far from where she was. She ran over to it and picked it up. She moved over to where Shin yari was laying and grabed it. She was able to do all this without being seen. Katie was unable to get close to Shin to give him his yari. So, instead she gave Ryo his katana back and used the yari herself. Shin understood the look she gave him and for the first time he grabbed the short sword off of his back. Shu had rejoined the rest of the group at the same time as Katie. “So, everybody is finally here.”Akutoo sneered as he attacked. Katie and Ryo were able to leap out of the way. Katie knew she had to do something. She remembred back to when she was able to use Shu’s sure kill. She closed her eyes and mentally asked Shin for his help. Across the yard Shin heard her request. At first he thought she was yelling at him but noticed that she had her eyes closed. Shin understood what she was asking and closed his eyes and concentrated. The brown kanji started to glow on Katie’s head.

“Honor”

Then behind Katie’s kanji glowed a light blue one.

“Trust”

Katie’s whole body was glowing a light blue and on the other side of the yard Shin was also glowing a light blue. Shu was the first to notice what was happening and was able to get the kids into the house. Ryo noticed Katie at first and then when he saw Shin he knew what they were doing.

In the house all the kids were scared of Kenji. “Who are you?” Erika asked. “It’s all right I’m a friend of Katie’s. Ask Bayakuen” everybody looked at Bayakuen and he nodded. “What is going on out there?” Kenji asked “They’re fighting with Akutoo and it looks like Katie is going to use Shin’s sure kill.” “Sure kill?” “Yea, it is like the most powerfull attack of the armor.” replied Jun. “How can she use it if she dosen’t have any armor?” Kenji asked confused “We don’t know” Seth replied as they all stared out of the window.

Outside Katie had opened her eyes and was ready for the attack. “Hey, Akutoo!! Why don’t you pick on someone your own size.” “Who, someone like you?” “Yea”

“Chouryuu Ha”

The blast hit Akutoo head on and distracted him enough that he forgot about the other two on his other two sides.

“Sou En Zan”

“Gan Tessai”

For the first time he was injured by the sure kills. “You will pay for this, I sware” Akutoo yelled as he vanashed back to the City.

Back in the chamber of their master Akutoo and Odorokasu were facing there defetes.” Odorokasu you’re my finest warrior and you let a girl beat you.” “I’m sorry my master” “And Akutoo, you let the other two warriors injure you, you need to keep everybody in your sights you should not be detracted.” “It will not happen again, master” “It better not for your sake. Akutoo you may leave, I need to have a word with Odorokasu, in private.” The shadows danced as Akutoo left. “Now, Odorokasu, Why did you let her escape?” “ She was stonger then me. It all happened so fast. I don’t understand why she didn’t kill me when she had the chance.” “Did she look you in your eyes?” “Yes master” “That is something only humans are weak at. They cannot kill what they do not understand. They have to question everything. She is probably asking herself the same question that you are. You must mke it over this hurdle if you are to truly be one of my finest warriors.”

Back at the house Shu had placed Seiji in bed and Katie was explaing everything to Kenji. “ This is so weird.” “ What do you mean,Kenji?” asked Ryo. “Well, we had always grown up wishing the legend was true and play acting that we were the warriors that wore the armor and protected the world. We even had a stiped cat that we pretened was a tiger.” Kenji explained. “Why didn’t you ever tell us that, Katie?” Jun asked. “Well, I thought it was kinda imbarissing.” “I thinks it’s funny” Shu said eating a cookie Erika had just baked. “Shu? What happened to the diet?” “Uh Oh!” “Hand it over. Trust me once you lose about 15 lbs you can eat normally again. Hopefully by then all the fighting will be over and the kids will help you keep in shape.” Katie said taking the cookie away from Shu. “Come on Katie, It’s just one cookie.” Shu whined. “Acually that’s about your tenth” Erika corrected. “Shuddup” “Come on it’s late we all need out rest.” Katie said as she pushed everybody upstairs. “Kenji I guess you can sleep in the room with Seiji. It’s the only bed we have left.”

Later that night Katie was on the balcony looking at the stars when Ryo came up next to her. “How are we going to get to him?” “I don’t know, Katie.” Then there was a knock on the door. “ I wonder who that is?” Ryo asked as he opened the door. “Oh, I’m sorry I thought this was Katie’s room” Kenji said emmbarrased. “It is” Katie said from the door to the balcony. “Oh, sorry if I intruded. It can wait till morning.” “No, This is just how things were arranged. I’m the odd girl out. Ryo could you excuse us?” “Sure I’ll go get me a snack and make sure Shu isn’t in the kitchen.” “If he is tell him he’s in big trouble” Katie yelled after him and Ryo just laughed, “What did you need?” “I was just courious as to where the fith Trooper was.” “He’s up there” Katie said pointing to the sky. “He’s in the sky?” “In space acually, Orbiting the Earth.” “How are you going to get to him?” “I don’t know.”Katie said walking to the balcony, Kenji following. “That’s just what I was asking Ryo.” “You know It’s been lonely without you around the past couple of years.” “Really? I thought you could get in enough trouble without me?” “Well, it’s not as easy as I thought. I guess your computer skills were a must when it came to the yearly messup with the house computers.” “I would of thought that after doing it for ten years you would of caught on by now.” “Yea, but they keep changing the password and that is the one thing I have trouble doing.” “Just keep practicing.” “Katie?” “Yea?” “ Have you ever thought about accepting my offer and comming back home with me?” “Yea, But that would mean the kids would have to go back to the orphanage and I don’t want to see that happen.” Katie said while looking at the night sky, “Hey, look at that shooting star.” Kenji said pointing. “That’s odd. It look like it’s heading right for us.” And no longer as it took for Katie to say that the ‘Shooting Star’ shot right between them and into the room knocking a lamp onto the floor. “What was that?” Katie asked as they made there way into the room. Katie had just reached the object when Ryo and the others burst into the room. “Katie, what was that? Are you two Ok?” Ryo asked. “Yea were fine. It looks like we’re one step closer to wakening Touma.” Katie stated."What do you mean" Shin asked. Katie held up the ‘Shooting Star’. In her hand was a crystal orb. In front of everybodys eyes the orb healed itself and a dark blue kanji started to glow inside of it.

Ok, so it took me longer to do this chapter. I acually went out and did something for a change. Acually my best friend was home from collage so we were either out doing something or talking on the phone. I hope everybody had a great Christmas and got everything they wanted. (I know I did).
