    "I must of fallen asleep." Sanosuke said as he opened his eyes. He had desided to watch over the girl that night just incase she desided to go on a rampage or something. He looked over to the girl who still lay siently nearby. "Why would you do something like this to yourself?" He asked even though he knew she wouldn't answer.
    "I need the weapon." The girl whispered. At first Sano thought she was just talking in her sleep, but then she slowly opened her eyes and looked up at him, "Do you know where it is?" She asked worry and sadness now shone in her eyes.
    "I'm sorry, I don't know what your talking about." Sano said sadly wishing he could help her.
    "I didn't think you would." She sighed and closed her eyes.
    "I'll... get you some more water." Sano said as he stood up and left the room.
    "Where are you guys..." The girl whispered as a single tear started to roll down her face.

    "She's awake." Sano stated as he walked out to the yard where everyone was sitting and chatting a bit.
    "That's great!" Kaoru stated standing up, "I'll go fix her a bit to eat."
    "She still wants to find that weapon, but she does't seem to be a threat anymore." Sano said as he headed off to get some water.
    "Hmm... I wonder what has happened to her." Yahiko said as he was practicing.
    "From the looks of her clothes, she's been everywhere." Kenshin said as he tried to get what he thought were brown clothes back to their original white. Suddenly all the suds that were in the tub were in his face, "ORO?!" he then looked to the two kids who were laughing nearby.
    Sano walked ack and into the room saying nothing. He kneeled down next to the girl,
    "You need to drink some water." He said helping her sit up.
    "I don't want anything to drink." She stated looking away.
    "You need to drink, that's why you're like this now." Sano stated as he held the cup to her lips. At first she refused to drink it but then she looked up to the man the kneeled next to her and gave in and drank it. "You think your ready to eat?" The girl looked to him like she had never heard of the concept of eating.
    "I... I guess." She finally replied. Then as if on cue Kaoru walked into the room holding a small try of food.
    "Here we go!" She announced setting it down in front of her. The girl looked down at the food in front of her. She closed her eyes as if she was holding back some tears. Opening them up again she took the chopsticks into her hand and tried to get them to work, but she was just too weak. Kaoru sighed at her attempt and then took the chopsticks away and fed her herself while Sano held her up. "How does it taste?" Kaoru asked hopefull.
    "It... it tates like, Seiji's cooking..." She replied looking down at the food she was eating
    "Is that good or bad?" Kaoru asked raising an eyebrow.
    "Well, it's not as good as Shin's, but it's not as bad as Touma's." the girl replied as a small smile seemed to crease her lips. Kaoru grinned and fed her some more of the meal.

    "Found anything yet, Date?" Anubis asked closeing another door.
    "No, and call me Seiji." Seiji said looking at a picture that hung on the wall.
    "What are you looking at?" Anubis asked walking over to where he was.
    "Doesn't that girl look like Tsuyu?" Seiji asked pointing to a small girl in the picture.
    "A bit, why does that surprise you?" Anubis asked walking farther down the hall.
    "I don't know.." Seiji replied as he followed him.
    "Get back!" Anubis hissed as he pulled Seiji into a corner, "Can't you hide your hair or something?"
    "Sure, I'll just take it off and pocket it!" Seiji replied saricasticly. Anubis shot him a look and then lifted his arm up. Seiji didn't know what was going on when all the light around them disapeard. Leaving him feeling very uncomfortable. "Anubis what's going on?!" Seiji exclaimed.
    "What's the matter afraid of the dark?" Anubis smirked. Seiji just growled at him, "Quiet, Date" Just as he said that a group of armored soldiers marched by. Anubis put his arm down and all the light suddenly ruturned.
    "Warn me next time!" Seiji exclaimed. Anubis just laughed. "Comeo on, let's follow them." Seiji said heading down the hall with a smirking Anubis not far behind.

Katie sat on the porch looking off into the distance. The sun had yet to come up, but that didn't matter. She sat with her knees to her chest with stay tears falling down her cheeks. Earlier that morning she left the dojo and left notes at all the houses she had invaded before, demanding them to tell he where _____ was. The notes were appologies, hopeing they would forgive her. The sun was finally makeing it's apperance into the day casting its warm glow on the world.
    Kenshin opened the door to his room and streached in the warm rays of the sun. He was about to go start breakfest when he happened to see a figure sitting on the deck a little ways down.
    "Ohaiyo!" Kenshin greeted as he walked down to where she was. Katie automaticly wiped the tears from her eyes.
    "o...ohaiyo.." She whispered trying not to cry anymore.
    "Oro? Dajobu?" Kenshin asked kneeling down next to her, "How are you feeling? You defently look better."
    "I..i'm fine." Katie replied lookin up at him forceing a smile on her face. Kenshin smiled back and stood up.
    "Why don't you get dressed and come eat some breakfest." Katie nodded and stood back up, looking one last time at the rising sun she turned and walked back into her room. Kenshin watched the door close and sighed.
    "There is so much we don't know about her." Kenshin turned and headed to the kitchen to start breakfest.

    "This is getting us nowhere." Nazza spat as they walked through a large ballroom.
    "What would you rather do?" Ryo asked looking at the pictures and tapastrys that lined the room.
    "We should just demand to know where the armor orbs are." Nazza said standing stubernly in the middle of the room.
    "Nazza, do you even remeber what happened to us in Tokyo?!" Ryo exclaimed.
    "Yea, I remeber.. we just weren't prepared." Nazza replied. Ryo just stood there, his mouth hanging open.
    "Listen, we can't just demand them back. We have to find them ourselves and take them back." Ryo stated as he opened the door and peaked out, "It looks like the guards are gone, we can get going now."
    "Yea, whatever." Nazza spat as he followed Ryo out the door to continue their search.

    "Katie, we'd like to help you out." Kaoru stated as they walked through town on they're way to ____ to get something to eat.
    "You've helped me out already. Just by letting me stay at the dojo." Katie replied.
    "But you surely can't defete this guy on your own." Sano stated.
    "I have to. It's part of the deal." Katie said looking up to him, "It's either me or him. I had no choice"
    "You don't have to face him alone." Kenshin stated, "I'll fight in your name."
    "Kenshin, That won't work. I have to fight him, it's the only way to get my family back"
    "Do you even know what weapon you'll get?" Yahiko asked.
    "No, I don't.. I just hope it's soemthing I know how to use." Katie sighed.
    "What do you know how to use?" Kaoru asked her intrest peaked.
    "Well, Of course I know how to use the twin katana's... I also know how to use a yari, bow and arrows, NoDatchi, a three section staff, and a sickle and chain." Katie said.
    "Wow... how'd you learn all of those?" Yahiko asked
    "My friends taught me." Katie stated.

    "Does she think she can get help?!" ____ Asked laughing, "No matter, the time grows short. And as long as I have they're presious orbs, they can't leave this castle."
    "Master, we've located two of them." A soldier said kneeling down before _____.
    "Witch two would that be?" ____ Asked eyeing the soldier.
    "The one with black hair, and the one with the green hair sire." The soldier reported.
    "Good.. bring me the black haired one right now.. he shall be the first prize." The soldier soluted and left the room. He gave some orders to some gaurds that were waiting in the hall and they took off.

    "Something isn't right." Nazza commented as they snuck through the hall.
    "What's the matter? Getting scared?" Ryo asked saracasticly.
    "No! But something is going to happen." Nazza replied glaring at Ryo
    "What could happen? Nobody know's where we are." Ryo stated. Just as the last words left his mouth sevral guards appeared and surrounded the two.
    "You were saying?" Nazza seethed.
    "So, I was wrong... sue me." Ryo replied.
    "I'll remeber to do that when we get out of here." Nazza said takeing a fighting stance
    "It's just a prase, It doesn't mean to acually do it." Ryo said also takeing a fighting stance. Nazza ignored him and attacked some ofthe soldiers. Ryo soon followed and they were in a full fleged fight. It didn't take long for Nazza and Ryo to get seperated. Nazza was having fun beating up the soldiers when they all suddenly stopped and ran away.
    "Aww, I was having fun." Nazza grumped, "I wonder why they gave up so fast? Unless... Ryo..Damn." Nazza ran down the hall to the other direction, hoping nothing happened.

    "You always talk about them as your friends... what are they're names?" Kaoru asked eating some rice.
    "Well, The one that taught me the katana's is Ryo.. Sanada Ryo." Katie said eating a peice of meat.
    "Sanada?!" Sano exclaimed.
    "Um.. yea. Why?" Katie replied confused.
    "The Sanada's are a big ninja clan. They're some of the best ninja's around." Sano explained.
    "oh... well, umm... his father left the clan." Katie explained not wanting to have to expline her comming from the future.
    "Oh, well what about the others?" Yahiko asked now courious.
    "Seiji taught me how to yeild the NoDachi." Katie said desiding against the last names.
    "Does he have a last name?" Kenshin asked.
    "Um.. yea... Date.. Date Seiji" Katie almost whispered.
    "Date?!" Kaoru exclaimed.
    "As in the vice Shogun Date?!" Sano asked
    "Well, sorta... not the same side of the family.. I don't think..." Katie said wishing she knew more about ancient Japanese history.
    "Oh, and the others?" Sano asked his intrest peaked.
    "Well, Mori Shin taught me the yari." Katie continued.
    "The Navel family?!" Kenshin asked, "You sure do know how to make friends." Katie just laughed nervously.
    "Any more?" Yahiko asked.
    "Yea.. a few... umm.. Shu Lei Fuan...." Katie trailed off.
    "Well, that's one name we don't know." Kaoru joked.
    "Did he teach you any of the weapons?" Sano asked
    "Yea, he taught me how to use the Ninginata." Katie said quietly.
    "What's the matter?" Kenshin asked noticing her grim expression.
    "Nothing... anyways.. umm.. this is really good food." Katie said trying to change the subject.
    "Yea, it's a good change from Kaoru's" Yahiko said looking smug.
    "And what's that supposed to mean?!" Kaoru yelled back. They continued to fight but Katie paid no mind to it.
    "Are you okay?" Sano asked noticing Kaite not laughing at them.
    "Yea.. i'm okay." Katie almost whispered.

"Where are we going Tsuyu?" Shin asked as they walked down the dank tunnel.
"The throne room. We can spy on them." Tsuyu said as they came to a dead end. Tsuyu pulled an old stool from the corner and stood up onto it. She looked through a small crack in the wall. "He's in there. Look." Tsuyu got down and allowed Shin to get up and look. In the room ______ was sitting on the throne.

"So, did you find him?!" He asked smirking. Some soldiers entered the room draging an uncountious form behind them. "Perfect.. now to set the game up. Bwahahahah."

    "Ryo!" Shin exclamed when he saw who the limp for was, "They've got Ryo. We've got to do something!"
    "Shin, there's nothing we can do. Not without your armor." Tsuyu said looking up him.
    "I know.. I just hate having to sit here and watch." Shin said looking back down.
    "I know.. I know.." Tsuyu said as she joined Shin up on the stool to see what was going on.

"Himura-san!!!" ____ said running up to them.
    "What's the matter _____ ??" Kenshin asked jumping up.
    "You have to come see!! I can't explain it!!" ___ Said shaking a bit. They all stood up and followed her outside where a crowd had gathered. In the middle of therad in a red spere floating about five feet off the ground was Ryo uncouncious.
    "RYOOOOOO!!!!" Katie yelled running up to him. She was just about to him when shomething appeared and threw her back. She flew past everyone and landed part way into a small store.
    "Katie!" Sano yelled as he ran over to her.
    "Who's there?!" Kenshin yelled unshething his sakaba.
    "Was that all you have to give me?! I was expectiong more of a fight." ___ Laughed as he appeared in front of Ryo.
    "What do you want with her?" Kenshin asked
    "Kenshin, "Katie whisperred as Sano helped her walk over to where Kenshin was.
    "Daijobu, Katie-dono?" Kanshin asked while keeping his eyes on ___.
    "I'm fine," Katie started
    "Are you crazy?! You can hardly walk!" Sano exclaimed.
    "Sano, I have to fight him." Katie stated releasing her grip on him to stand alone. Her knees wobbled a bit and Sano got ready to catch her, but she didn't fall.
    "Are you still going to try and fight me? You can berly stand!" ___ laughed, "Let's see you try. ___ held out his hand, balm towards katie. A few feet before kenshin the suiko yari appeared. katie put her hand on kenshin's shoulder, and then walked out to where the yari was floating. She looked to ___ and with out takeing her eyes off of him she reached out and grabed the weapon.
    "I see you are a fool!" __ yelled as he attacked katie. She blocked the attack and jumped back a few feet to get some room.
    "The only fool is somone that wouldn't rist their lives for their friends." Katie replied as she umped up atttacking. This continued for some time, neither gaining or loosing.
    "She can't keep this up." Kaoru statted watching the battle.
    "don't underestimate her. She's not even trying right now." Kenshin replied finally shething the skaba.
    "I am getting sick of this. Fight me for real or your friend dies!" ___ yelled. As katie attacked again he smirked and the sphere holding Ryo started to crackle. the lifeless forme spasmed and a weak horse cry escaped his lips.
    "Ryo!! Now you'l pay!!" katie attacked again and threw him to the ground.
    "Now this is what I was wanting." ___ laughed standing up. Just as he got to his feet he noticed a dramatic change to Katie.
    "Know this! You do not mess with me or my fanily!! "katie yelled her eyes had suddenly turned gold and her hair also looked gold. __ looked at her in shick not realizing what was going to happen. Katie raised her yari inot the air and aimed it right at ___. ___ relized what she was going to try and jumped into the air to doge it.
    "CHYUUUUU RYUUUUU HAAAAA!!!! " katie falowed him with the yari hitting him dead on.
    "AHHHHHH!! You've won this time, but the game is not over!" __ Yelled as he dissappeared.

    "So, she's stronger then I thought." ___ commented siting on the throne. Behind the wall Shin and Tsuyuu also saw what happened.
    "What are we going to do?" Tsuyu asked looking over to Shin.
    "We've got to tell the others." Shin replied getting off the stool.
    "But we don't know where they are." Tsuyu said also getting down.
    "Well, we better find them. And now!" Shin stated running down the tunnel.

    Katie stood there for a long second watching the spot where ___ had been. A bright flash of light off the side got her attention. The red spere had started glowing and lowering Ryo to the ground. When it touched the ground it disapeared leaving Ryo on the ground now garbed in Samurai clothing. Katie ran over to him and lifted his head to her lap.
    "RYO!! RYO!!" katie yelled trying to get himt o move or do something. She noticed someone sit down across from her and looked up to see Megumi. "Is he all right?" katie asked on the verge of tears. megumi leaned over him and checked several things
    "It's okya, He should be fine. He just needs rest." Megumi reported smiling. Katie sighed in releife and looked down at Ryo. Megumi stood up nad let Sanot kneel down.
    "We'll take him back to the dojo. he can rist there. Right Jo-chan." Sano said picking him up.
    "Right. we'll take good care of him. "Kaoru nodded. katie also noddeda bit and stood up. The owld around her started to spin and she found her legs would no longer hold her. Kenshin caught her as she fell back to the ground.
    "Katie-dono!" Kenshin exclaimed as she lowered her to the ground. megumi kneeled down beside her.
    "She stillhasn't fully recovered from before, and the battle didn't help any." She informed and Kenshin nodded.
    "Do you think you can wold?" Kenshin asked looking at katie.
    "As long as I can keep my eyes closed." Katie replied. Kenshin nodded and led the way home.
