"Sir, are you sure this is the demention you want to invade?" One of the Mages asked as they looked into the portal.
    "Yes, this is a large world, It will be fun to conquer it." The warrior replied laughing.

    "Matt!! Catch!!" Mike yelled as he threw the ball. Matt jumped up into the air and caught the ball as he fell backwards.
    "Yes!! We Won!!" Jun yelled as he jumped up and down.
    "How come the six of us can't beat the six of them?" Shu asked kicking some dirt.
    "Probably cause Matt's on their team." Shin replied, "And some of us aren't really thinking of the game."  At that statement the five guys all looked over to where Katie sat next to a tree.
    "What's with her anyways?" Seiji asked looking over at her.
    "She' haveing second thoughts about some stuff." Shin answered, "I'm gonna go talk to her." Shu looked after him and then turned away from them and kicked some more dirt.
    "Shu, why don't you jsut tell her?" Ryo asked as Shin walked off.
    "But Shin likes her and She likes Shin." Shu replied.
    "We dont' know that. Just cause they spend a lot of time together doesn't mean anything." Touma replied
    "Why else would they?" Shu asked walking back to the house. Matt watched as Shu headed off to the house and noted how the other's looked. The kids noticed his change and stopped jumping around him.
    "What's wrong, Matt?" Seth asked
    "Oh, nothing. Hey we won!" Matt yelled again and the kids forgot about it and started celebrating again.  Inside the house Shu walked down to the basement and to one particular corner that looked as if a small portion of it was painted red. He stood looking at the brick wall thinking. Then suddenly he brought up his fist and punched the wall with all his might. And then he punched it with his other hand, and then the other. After doing this several more times he leaned agains the wall and slid down. He grabed a small box from behind some of the other boxes and opened it to revile a small first aid kit. He bandaged his fist as best as he could and wiped the tears from his eyes and started up stairs.  As Shu walked into the living room Ryo Seiji and Touma looked up t him and then down at his hands.
    "Shu..." Touma started.
    "I don't want to hear it. They together?" Shu asked looking pastthe guys.
    "They're in the kitchen" Seiji stated.
    "Shu, If Matt finds out..." Ryo started.
    "I know, Ryo. But he won't find out." Shu stated walking up to his room.

    "Katie, If its bugging you that much you need to talk to him." Shin said sitting a cup of tea in front of her.
    "But I can't tell him. Can you just imagin how he'll react if he finds out?" Katie asked.
    "Yes, he might take it that way, but then he may not. You won't know untill you try." Shin replied
    "Shin, Katie, In here NOW!!!" Matt yelled from the other room. Shin stood up and walked next to Katie.
    "I can't tell you want to do. It's your desision. Come on. Let's see what he wants." Shin said putting his hand on her shoulder.
    "I know. Thanks for listening. You are my truest friend." Katie replied placeing her hand over his, "Let's go."

    "It's about time." Matt complained
    "You two smooching or soemthing?" Mike teased
    "Mike, That's is none of your busness." Katie scolded.
    "Sorry, katie." Mike apologized.
    "So, Matt. What's up?" Shin asked his cheeks still a bit pink.
    "There's something up in town." matt said turning towards them, "Touma get Shu. Katie inform the other kids. We'll meet you there."
    "Katie and Touma nodded as Matt and the others dissappeared.

What has happened here?" Shin asked looking at the distroyed sity.
    "I don't know, but it doesn't look good." Seiji replied. Suddenly a figure appeared on teh large screen before them.
    "Who are you?!" Ryo demanded.
    "It is not you place to be asking questions!" The figure replied, "If you truely want to stop this assult... Come to the tallest structure in the city."
    "The tallest structure? The Tokyo Tower?" Shin asked.
    "YOu have one hour. Or else" The figure said as it dissapeared.
    "There's no way for us to get there in an hour if we wait on the others." Matt pointed out.
    "Could we write a note for them?" Ryo asked.
    "Sure, let's see... Do I have a pen and paper? Oh, wait!! I don't have any pockets!" Seijij mocked.
    "We'll just have to try to contact them later. We have to get moving now." Matt said as he headed toward the tower.

    "Where are they?" Katie wondered looking around the distroyed city.
    "They said they'd be waiting" Touma stated.
    "Man, how could they go off and fight with out me?" Shu asked clenting his fist a little but stopped whne they started to hurt.
    "so, what do we do now?" Katie asked.
    "Well, we can only guess something made them leave witch means they peobably won't be back any time soon." Touma stated.
    "Se we should go look for them." Shu stated.
    "But where? We dont' know witch way they went." Touma commented.
    "That way." Katie stated pointing into the general direction of the Tokyo Tower.
    "But how do you know?" Shu asked
    "Umm.. probably that large blast of energy." Katie stated as the sky lit up brighter then the sun.
    "That was Ryo's sure kill!" Touma exclamed.
    "Let's go!" Shu yelled running off.
    "Shu, wait up!!" Katie yelled going after him.

    "why do you want this worl?" Matt asked as he dodged an attack.
    "That is none of your buisness. I'm not as stupid you think I am. I will not reveil my plan so you can find a way to ruin it." The warrior replied.
    "What are we going to do?" Shin asked.
    "WE need the others." Ryo replied.
    "JA GA KEN!!!!"
    "ANKOKU CHO GIRI"
    "TOU CHI MOU" Nazza, Anubis, and Rajura yelled as they appeared.
    "Perfect timming!!" Matt exclaimed.
    "We sinced the danger." Rajura stated.
    "Kayura went to check on the children." Anubis added.
    "Where are the others?" Nazza asked.
    "They're on their way." Matt replied.

    "We have to hurry!" Katie yelled takiing the lead, "We don't have much time."
    "Shu are you okay? Can you fight?" Touma asked looking down at his hands.
    "Of course. I'm always able to fight." Shu replied running a bit faster to show Touma he was alright.

    "BWAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! The time has come to end this." The warrior stated as all the soldiers suddenly dissapeared.
    "What's going on?" Seiji exclaimed.
    "This isn't good." Shin agreed as pure energy started to creacle around them.
    "There's nothing that can save you now!" The warriour laughted as he held his hand out and clentched his fist making the energy entrap the troopers and Masho.
    "Matt!!!!" Katie yelled as the threee aproached the battle.
    "Katie! Leave! Get out of here!" matt yelled.
    "NO!" katie yeleed as she charged into the energy. Just as she hit it she was thrown back. Shu stepped in her way to stop her. She hit him and they both went flying back. Shu grabbed onto Katie as they hit a building and went partily throught it because of the force.
    "Shu! Katie!" Touma yelled. The warriour laughed and sent ta blast of enerby entraping Touma like the others.

    "Shu!" Katie yelled getting up.
    "Why'd you go and do that for? That's my job." Shu joked as he tried to stand up but found it a bit harder then usual.
    "Are you all riht?" Katie asked helping him stand.
    "Yea, I'm fine." Shu replied, "We have to save the others."
    "Right. Let's Go." Katie stated grabing his hand. Shu pulled his hand back cringing a bit." Shu? What's wrong? You hurt your hand." Katie said noticing him cradle his hand.
    "It's nothing. Really." Shu replied shrugging it off," Come on. We've got to save the others." Katie nodded ans they both ran out of the building.
    "Ah, so there you are. Now which one should I capture next." The warrior mocked.
    "Why are you so worried about something like that?" Katie yelled.
    "Because!" The warriour laughed as he sent a blast of energby in her direction. She was ready for the balst when it seemed to come from the side instead. She looked over as Shu was hit with the blast.
    "SHU!!!!!" Katie yelled as he joined the others.
    "Come back tomarrow, and then you'll get you chance to save your friends." The warriour started as he anished with the others.

    "They are all asleep." Kayura said as she walked into the living room.
    "What am I going to do? They're all gone. I'm at his mercy." Katie said hugging her knees.
    "There is no answer to that. All you can do is go and see what he wants." Kayura stated sitting down on one of the chouches.
    "I need to go find something." Katie stated standing up and started toward the basement. Kayura sighed as she left, "Suck a young girl to have so many burdens on her shoulders. I know just hw she feels."

    "Matt, where did you put it?" Katie asked as he looked through the boxes in the basement. She moved some boxes but ddn't find anything. for some reason she walked over to the farthest and darkest corner. She didn't knowwhy it would be there, but something told her to look. As she got closer she noticed a dark spot on the wall. As she got closer she relized the spot was red, a dark red, like dried blood. She moved a few boses that sat just below the spot. On the floor was a small cryaon box and a book. Katie knelt down onto the floor and picked up the cryan box. It had benn one of the kids she had thought had been thrown away. Opening it she found it was a first aid kit. She closed it and picked up the book. On the cover were some drops of blood. As  she opened the book something fell out.  She set the book down and picked up the item that fell out and found out it was a picture, of her.  It was only half of the whole picture. Who was in the other half she couldn't remember, but she could remeber it being taken.  She placed the picture back in the cover of the book and flipped to the first page of the book. On it was a journal entry. Made my Shu. The first several entries were during the whole city ordeal, so she flipped farther back untill she came to a entry that caught her eye for some reason.
 

    Am I stupid? To think there could be more between us? I know she thinks of us as brothers, but I can't help but to think of her as more then that. Last night we were  watching a movie, she was sitting next to me. Touma nd Ryo had picked out the movie and it was some horror thing. Even thought she didn't scream or physicly act scared I knew she was. She ended up cuddling next to me and falling asleep. I went ahead and put her to bed, but the whole time I couldn't keep my mind off of her. Should I tell her how I feel? Does she feel the same, or am I just on a dead end street. I guess i'll write more later. Suppers Ready!! ITADAKIMASU!!!
 

I thought I could of done it today. I was ready to do it, but then I couldn't find her. She had taken the kids to town. It had to wait. But then something happened. Shin wanted to talk to me.  I didn't expect anything at first. He started telling me about this girl. I thought she sounded familar. I should of seen it comming. I thought it might be someone at school. I didn't know it would be her. Shin admitted to me he... he Loved Katie.
