"Shin, I'll clean up today." Katie said as she walked
into the kitchen.
"Too late, It's already done." Shin said wipeing
his hands.
"Wha? How's you do it so fast?" Katie asked surprised.
"Easy. I had help." Shin said stepping away to reveile
Erika, Makoto, and Ami.
"We thought he needed some help." Ami replied smiling.
"You are good girls, but didn't Matt tell you to
go do your homework?" Katie asked eyeing them.
"Umm.. yea, but.. well, umm..." Erika started.
"If you go now, I won't tell him." Katie stated
laughing. The three girls took off in a second.
"So, how's school for you?" Shin asked sitting down
at the table in the kitchen.
"It goes, and you?" Katie asked joinging him.
"About the same, we're finally gonna graduate this
year." Shin said sipping a cup of tea.
"Really? That's good. What are you going to do after
you graduate?" Katie asked sippng her own tea Shin had given her.
"I don't know. I had always wanted to open my own
restruant, but I'm not sure anymore." Shin replied
"What do you mean? I thought you loved to cook."
Katie asked worried.
"I don't know. I do love to cook, but.." Shin sighed,
"I just don't know. I don't know if that's what I want to do with my life."
"That's okay, to think that. I know right now, I'm
starting to have second thoughts about what I'm doing." Katie replied looking
down in her tea.
"You are? But your almost done with school." Shin
stated.
"Yea, I know. But this whole time I've been doing
it for Matt. Not for myself." Katie explained.
"Ahh.. yes, that does make a difference." Shin agreed.
"Katie, Shin. It's time to go practice." Matt yelled
from the dinning room.
"We're comming!" Katie yelled back and then turned
back to Shin, "Whatever you deside, I'm sure you'll do great."
"Same to you." Shin said as they grabbed their gear
and headed outside.
In another demention on a desertarted plane lay a large deterated castel.
Inside this castle was a lone warrior who dominated this land. He pased
back and forth before his throne trying to think of something to do.
"ARG!! Why is there no opposition to me in this
kingdom?" He yelled throughout the room.
"It is because you have no subjects. They have all
been killed. All, except that girl in the doungen." his assistent replied.
"Ah, that's a good reason. I need to find a place
to rule that has people." The Warrior stated.
"Sir, the mages and sientiest in the castle have
been working on something to help you with that. They have found a way
to teleport throught out the many dementions out there." The assistent
replied.
"Hmm... good. Now all to do is to find a place to
attack." The Warrior said laughing evily.
Down in the doungen only one prisoner remained. A girl with long red
hair sat in the cold dark cell that was now her home. She had been offered
a position next to the Warror as his wife, but she had refused. She did
not want to become part of his evil. But now, since she is the only serviver,
she has lost all hope. And has planned to die here. Of starvation, poision,
hypothremia, or however they deside to get rid of her, she knew she would
die here.
