After Carly's fall down the stair during her fight with a drunk, AJ Q, he continued to suck on his flask as he vowed this was an accident and she provoked him, while Sonny and Edward Q's thoughts were on the bleeding mother-to-be laying at the foot of the stairs. The ambulance finally arrived and Sonny Corinthos rode in the ambulance with his bleeding finacee'.

At the hospital, Dr. Tony Jones, told Sonny he had to choose whose life to save. Carly's or his baby's, because if the baby was taken, Carly would bleed to death. Sonny made the only choice he could, and told them to save Carly.

Before the procedure was performed he said goodbye to his son in an emotional moment.

Luke Da Man Spencer had had enough of the police commissioner's wife making his family jewel's stand at attention and not giving him any satisfaction in return. He told her it was time she made a choice. He was even willing to be her boy on the side. But she had to choose. While the Flea wanted them to continue on as they were.

Afterwards, Mr. Spencer saw former hooker, Tammy Carson in the park and tried to get some from her and she shoot him down, too. Which left Mr. Spencer to go off crooning, I can't get no satisfaction.

TEEN MAKES SINGING DEBUT

Edward Q's concert hijinks ended up giving singing teen, Juan Santiage his big break. Wanting to prevent his grandson, Ned, from singing at his scheduled concert in an attempt to get him to return as CEO of ELQ. A position Mr. Q fired Mr. Ashton from last year when his other grandson AJ delivered his grandson into the Q mansion. Mr. Q paid someone to lock his grandson in a closet so he wouldn't be able to take to the stage as scheduled.

Alexis came to her lover's rescue, as in some comic hijinks of their own, Ned and Alexis escaped from Eddie Q's trap. First, Alexis took an axe to the door Ned was locked behind, then Alexis had to climb through an air vent. But, eventually Ned Ashton made it to the stage.

Teen Queen, Emily Q, was heard gushing over what a success her boytoy Juan was. As for a group of people known as WJTSTS (WE JUAN THE SINGING TO STOP) they declared Mr. Santiago's singing was like listening to a cat screeching as it's tail got grounded up in a trash compactor. They, unfortunately, were ignored.

REJECTED LAURA HITS THE SAUCE

Soon-to-be-ex-husband Luke Spencer shot down Laura Spencer's hopes for a reconciliation. In response to his rejection, Laura headed to Jake's Pool Hall and started belting down scotch. Then she came on to a guy playing pool and was having a grand old time, until a wet blanket in the form of Police Commissioner Mac Scorpio arrived and with the help of Dara Jenson, shooed Laura's companion away.

Afterwards, Laura broke down in Mac's arms, while Luke watched from the shadows after previously blowing off a phone call that his wife could be headed for troubled waters.

Earlier in the week, Mrs. Spencer also had a nasty run-in with her former lover, Stefan Cassadine, who sneered that she was just like his mother and that's what his attraction to her was. She took being compared to Helena Cassadine as the insult it was meant to be.

IN OTHER NEWS:

• Jailbird Roy DeLucca and his over-sexed sweetie Bobbie Spencer headed to the Cayman Islands to nail dirty fed, John Larken. Although they got the goods on Larken, the dirty fed quickly turned the tables on them and sent them running for their lives. The duo didn't seem too worried though, since they spent their time having sex and later got into a game of cards without even bothering to don a disguised to try and hide from Agent Larken and his goons.

• Chloe Morgan had another headache, this week. She claimed it was the worst one of all. But at least she got through the week without anymore bad dreams.

• Teen Angel, Liz Webber, spent the week whining because her back-from-the-dead beau, Lucky, pushed her away when she kissed him. Even the Sonny and Carly tragedy couldn't make her forget that horrible moment when Lucky pushed her away.
