• AJ Quartermaine in his continued efforts to take Hannah Scott against Marcus Taggart decided to try and play detective to win brownie points with her. However, many were appalled that Ms. Scott let the town drunk mess around at the scene of a crime where he could possibly destroy evidence.

• The Scooby-Doo Gang as the teens are known as continued with the Dead Ted mess. The arrival of Detective Taggart stopped Lucky and Nikolas from seeing the blackmailer when they picked up the pay-off, while Juan Santiage continued to be kept in the dark about what's really going on.
