PRESS INTERRUPTS NEXIS' NUPTIALS!

Ned and Alexis are barraged by the press as the prepare to wed.

Ned took Alexis away on a vacation to the carribbean to spring his plan to deal with the Eddie Angel mess. After spending a romantic afternoon together, Ned said he believed if he and Alexis were to get married, the press would lose interest in Eddie's Angel. Alexis eventually agreed, and she and Ned decided to wed at once.

As they prepared for their wedding, commitment-phobic Ned and Alexis had horrible fantasies in the form of AJ Quartermaine and Helena Cassadine. While AJ was telling Ned once Alexis married him she would no longer love him, Helena was telling Alexis was horrors she would experience as a Quartermaine. Amongst them becoming addictive to some addictive substance and having to take on Ned's name and give up her own.

Inspite of their horrible fantasies, Ned and Alexis still planned to go ahead with the wedding. Unfortunately, the press found out about it and crashed the wedding, ruining whatever romantic momentum Ned and Alexis still had for getting married.

LUKE FOUND NOT GUILTY...NATURALLY!

After Flea Jones admitted to doing the hoochie-coochie with Puke Spencer in a cheap motel, it was a no-brainer when he was found not guilty and all charges were dropped. While everything was going great for Spencer [although to hear his dim-witted sister Bobbie tell it, he was hurting badly and she was afraid he was going to run away again] everyone else was left to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives. Mac Scorpio took off his wedding ring and told the Flea their marriage was over. While Laura Spencer was harrassed by reporters as she got drunk at the Port Charles Hotel Bar and had to be rescued by ex-hubby Scotty Baldwin.

When Mr. Spencer was finally released from jail, he headed to his club to party, not bothering to return any of his wife, Laura's phone calls. She wanted to discuss if she should remain in Port Charles, or move their daughter to North Carolina permanently. Contrary to Bobbie Spencer's claims about the Flea returning a devoted father to his children, he continued to ignore as he and Flea Scorpio were dancing the night away already forgetting all the people they'd hurt by their actions. Which was the scene Laura Spencer walked in on.

STEFAN PLOTS AND SCHEMES!

Stefan pretends to read as he deals Chloe a hurtful blow.

Using the same ploy he used to get Jax to desert Chloe, Stefan planted a picture of Brenda in a fashion magazine and arranged for Chloe to see it. When she did she was devastated because she now believes Jax will never come looking for her since Brenda is alive. Just as Stefan planned. Playing the good friend Stefan tried to assure Chloe not to give up hope that Jax would come looking for her.

BORG PRAISED FOR SAVING THE DAY, AGAIN!

Emily convinced the Borg to let Zander go, and the Pixie Stick Pusher ran across the border. Afterwards, the Borg received accolades for returning Emily to the Q's. He shared a brief reunion with brother, AJ, before heading out of town, again.

Juan and Em reunite

Hearing of Emily's rescue, Juan rushed to the hospital to reunite with his girlfriend. An over-protective Edward decided to try and keep Juan and Emily apart afterwards. But he really needn't have bothered since Emily has decided she no longer loves Juan, as she can't keep her mind off her pixie stick supplying kidnapper. The only one who doesn't know that is Juan, who she hasn't bothered to tell that she's lost that loving feeling for him.
