Actually proving she's a cut above Luke Spencer, Helena gave into Puke's demands and told him that Lucky had been programmed to kill his mother, his sister, his girlfriend, himself and someone Puke loves. Speculation is that unnamed person is Puke's hoochie Flea Scorpio. Puke was still going to kill Nikolas, when Lucky and LIz bursted in and Lucky got him to leave Nikolas alone.

Helena got a little of her own back on Luke by going to Laura and telling her what her soon-to-be ex had tried to do to her son. A furious Laura confronted him. After she left, Nikolas did likewise. He said he forgave him for what he did, but as a parting shot he declared Puke is trying to blame him for what happened because he doesn't have the guts to look in the mirror and accept what happen is his own fault.

Helena tells Flo that Gia and Nik are living together.

Helena paid a little impromptu visit to her grandson Nikolas at his cottage in the woods and got quite a little eyeful when she walked in without knocking. She discovered Nik and Gia were living together. When her demand that this living arrangement cease and desist at once, Helena made a beeline for Gia's mother, Florence, and told her all about the living arrangement.

Juan spent his week trying to find a way to keep Zander Smith in jail where he belongs and away from his girlfriend. He went to Sonny and asked him to convince Alexis to drop Zander as her client, but even though Sonny has never met the Pixie Stick Pusher, he told Juan he thinks he may be innocent and refused to do as Juan requested. Then Juan went over to Monica Q and told her what was going on, and got a bit more satisfaction from her, as Monica paid the date rape drug pusher a little visit and told him to stay away from her daughter.

During her daughter's birthday party, she realized her daughter Maxie has a crush on Lucky Spencer and commented on what a coincidence that was, since the Flea, herself, has a crush on Lucky's father, Luke.

The week before ex-husband Tony Jones called Bobbie Spencer on the carpet for not giving a patient his medication. And this week it happened again when Dr. Monica Q called her on the same thing. Ms. Spencer tried to put the blame on Monica Q, saying Monica hadn't written the medicine down in the file, but when Monica should her the file with her instructions written in it, Ms. Spencer had to finally accept blame for her actions.

Tony Jones almost went into cardiac arrest when he discovered what his son was wearing for a Halloween costume. He decided to be a gangster just like Roy. When Bobbie said Roy doesn't dress like that, he pointed out his sister Carly's husband Sonny dresses like that and he's a gangster. Dr. Jones spent most of the evening saying, "I told you so." He'd been warning his hoochie ex-wife that letting Lucas be around Sonny and Roy would be a bad influence on him.

Stefan and Chloe hid out in a cave during a thunderstorm as part of Chloe's plan to escape the island. In Ms. Morgan's defense, she still think she and Stefan were kidnapped by his mother, Helena, and has no clue her fellow captive is actually her real kidnapper.
