THE AFTERMATH!

Sonny and Carly before Taggs and Hannah arrest them.

Things went from bad to worse when Taggart entered the hotel room. Practically licking his chops over finally being able to nail Sonny, he arrested Sonny and Carly both. Before Sonny was taken out of the room in handcuffs, Hannah asked to speak to him alone. She told him she never wanted this to happen to him, and he told her to tell it to his lawyer.

Down at the police station, Hannah and Carly got into a verbal fight, as Carly was being booked. Then the Keystone Kops plotted and schemed for a way to use Carly to get Sonny into more trouble. Mac thought leaving them alone together might provide information they could use against Sonny, but Sonny knew the room was bugged and wouldn't speak with Carly. Then Sonny was taken out of the room and Taggart went into good cop mode, but Sonny stared at Carly through the window of the interrogation room and sent her a mental message not to say anything.

 More chaos insued when Alexis got Sonny released from jail and it was revealed she was an internet pin-up girl named Eddie's Angel. After escaping the press mess, Sonny arrived at the Brownstone to chase away the ever annoying AJ as he made threats. Then Sonny told Carly she was moving back into the penthouse. Once there, Sonny was cold to her and made it clear she was out of his life and that she was only sharing his space to protect her from AJ.

Carly tried to explain she was only trying to help him, but Sonny said he let her get to close and now he was cutting her out. That he'd give her money, a roof over her head...whatever, but he could no longer afford to trust her.

Then into this complicated situation came another complication. Carly's beloved Borg arrived at the penthouse, while Alexis was telling Sonny the only way he could get out of his legal problems was to marry Carly.
