CARLY GOES BALLISTIC!

Carly started flinging accusations around about Liz being after Sonny, and Sonny had a fit when she brought up the baby during her temper tantrum and told her not to dare use the baby. Liz left and Carly apologized for mentioning the baby, then she told him she was going to ask him if she could move back in with him and made him dinner before leaving.

As Sonny sat alone eating the dinner Carly made him, Carly went to pour her troubles out to Lila. She admitted she had come to care for Sonny but thought he only saw her as trash compared to the Liz Webbers of the world. Lila tried to assure her that wasn't the case.

Later in the week Carly asked if Sonny would agree to sign on as one of the responsible results for Michael when he started pre-school and that he'd also have to go to the school with her and Michael when he started. Sonny happily agreed. Things turned sour, however, when Alexis showed up and Sonny opted to do his meeting with Alexis over continuing his conversation with Carly.

After leaving Sonny, Carly went over and got into it with Liz again. Both parties threw nasty comments at each other before Liz ran off. After Liz left, Carly tried to convince Lucky that Liz was after Sonny just like she was after Jason before he left town. Lucky began to think Carly might be right when he caught Liz and Sonny in an innocent moment on the docks. Meanwhile when Carly made a comment to Bobbie about how Liz must have noticed Sonny's eyes, Bobbie realized Carly has it bad for Sonny.

Sonny learning about the incident at Kelly's between Carly and Liz went ballistic and said some horrible things, amongst them that she's only been using him until something better came along, then he stormed off leaving a devastated Carly behind who was comforted by Roy who found he crying outside of Kelly's. When Sonny returned he saw Carly putting her head on Roy's shoulder and seemed like he's just been kicked in the stomach by what he was seeing.
