SONNY & CARLY'S BABY DIES!

Sonny saying goodbye to his son before they doctors take him from an unconscious Carly to save her life.

Shortly after Carly's fall down the stairs, Sonny noticed she was bleeding. While Edward called 911, AJ Q keep guzzling down booze as he declared this wasn't his fault.

At the hospital, Sonny was told he had to make a choice between whose life to save. Carly's or the baby's. If Sonny didn't let them remove the baby, Carly would bleed to death. After saying goodbye to his son in a highly emotional moment, Sonny told the doctors to do it.

When Carly finally woke up, Sonny was left with the task of telling Carly what happened to their son. At first she didn't believe him. She accused him of lying to her so he could have their baby all to himself. But then she finally did believe him.

While Edward Q was visiting a bitter Carly and she was telling him the only thing he could do for her was to let Michael go, Sonny was trying to explain to Michael what had happened to the baby. When Sonny arrived to take her home, both Sonny and Carly emotionally expressed this wasn't how they thought it would be when she came home from the hospital.

Once home, Sonny got the wrong idea when he heard Carly tell Michael it was just her and him from now on, and thought she didn't want him around, so he quickly left her alone with her son. Once on the docks, he came face-to-face with AJ Q and asked him how he has the nerve to speak to him after he killed his child.
