THE BORG LEAVES PORT CHARLES...FINALLY!!

Now that Jason has left PC, Sonny and Carly can get things back on track.

Things took a decidedly bad turn for Sonny and Carly in their limo of love after Sonny admitted he knew the charges against him had been dropped, and he knew Carly did, as well. When Carly wanted to know why Sonny made love to her, and Sonny said because he wanted her, just like he did right that minute, she took it the wrong way and demanded to be taken home. Once they arrived home she announced she was moving out.

Faced with Carly walking out on him, Sonny finally opened up and said if it was his choice, she'd stay with him where she belongs. But that wasn't enough for Carly and she wanted more. She wanted to know she came first with Sonny. Confessing this was really hard for him, Sonny opened up and admitted he didn't know how it had happened, but she'd become front and center with him and having her with him makes him happy. Carly opened up in turn and told Sonny she wants to stay married to him more than anything else in the world.

Unfortunately, just as Sonny and Carly were about to head upstairs and pick up where they left off in the limo, Benny arrived saying there was trouble with Carlos in Puerto Rico and Sonny decided to go and take care of it himself.

That wasn't music to Carly's ears and she said they'd just found each other and he had to stay there and work on them. Then Jason arrived and Carly told him about what was going on. Jason insisted on going instead of Sonny. Sonny eventually relented and Carly felt guilty because she felt like it was her fault he decided to go in Sonny's place to what was a very dangerous situation.

Later in the week Sonny and Carly were settling nicely into domesticity as Carly decided she just had to redecorate the penthouse. Sonny was happy when Carly rushed back and hugged and kissed him before leaving to go out and get material swatches for the couch. Unfortunately his good mood dissolved when Tammy showed up wanting to know if he'd heard from Mike and telling Sonny that Mike had disappeared.

Carly returned home to find Sonny on the phone asking his people to track down Mike, but to not let him know he was trying to find him. Then Sonny told Carly what happened while she was gone. Carly wasn't going to push Sonny further to open up to her, but as she was heading upstairs to leave him alone, Sonny asked her to stay and opened up to her, telling her that when he was a child he needed Mike too much and now that he's grown-up he doesn't need Mike enough. Carly hugged him when he added that this was the first time he was ever bad enough to make Mike hit him.
