These are some of the photos I took of Kythera and what it has to offer.
This is Paliochora Castle. This awesome castle that is situated basically on this land island in the middle of this huge canyon. It was destroyed by Doopys great Uncle, Barbarossa.
The Aussie site, we call it this cause us aussies mapped it, also the land of the anrgy shotgun farmer, we were surveying on it and he told us to get off his land unless we had a police escort.... Ohhh we were scared.... ohh big bad farmer man....
The airport region seen here, this is frigana the evil spikey bush, i took this at eye level, this was the crap we sometimes had to walk through. Thats Anthony climbing the wall to get out
Our home was at the top where the big church is, the rest is the tiny town of Karavas.
This is Kapsali the young, hip place to hang out.

Said to be the area where Zeus threw Kronnos' genitals when he cut them off, and out from the water came Aphrodite on her shell etc. She then sailed off to crete! The wall is Chora castle

In the last week I basically was made into a gardener, I cleared huge amounts of scrub from Ag. Georgios and also this mill.. I took these to show you all what Hugh is able to do. This is the insides of a watermill before I got to it.
