The
fractal compression and
codebook compression, among other, programs need a binary input file. A converter had been promised a few months ago. Now this
program will process 24-bit Windows bitmap files and produce suitable output, centering on the image if necessary. There is also a
Jpeg converter, but it will not process progressive or multi-scan files.
