Subject: Mini 12 Meter
I just got back from checking up on that Mini 12 that is sitting at the yard with a "For Sale" sign on it. The broker does not have a listing yet, he said the guy just walked in and asked them to try and sell it. I asked for a copy of the listing if he gets one, but wondered after what there would be to list on this kind of boat? (not much in the way of holding tanks, engine, etc.) "hehehe"
Anyway, I went over and looked at it closer and got this much info for you:
- - "Asking Price" is $2,500.
- - Hull Serial Number is: MIM000780983
          (was built in '83, by MIM whoever that is?)
- - Is the single person model (can't for the life of me see how it could be made into a 2 person model !!)
- - Has roller furling (cute little furler)!
- - It's name is "Constellation"
- - Sits on a very nice painted wood cradle that has 4 big casters (sp?)[wheels]. Don't think they would hold out rolling all the way to CA though. Maybe could go UPS? (kidding)
- - Looks to be very clean, very good condition. Hardly looks used much.
Want me to find out more? I can at least get the guys name and number. Just holler.
