                ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:   Sleeping accommodations include large double vee berth, double dinette, one settee, and one quarter berth, for a total of six berths. The CAL design offers a feeling of openness with 6'4" headroom.   The master stateroom is forward with ample drawers, hanging locker, and large double vee berth, with custom fitted bedding. Continuing aft, on the starboard side, is a large head with a separate sit-down/standup stall shower, hot and cold pressure water, large teak-framed mirror, 2 opening ports and overhead opening hatch, and an abundant amount of storage space. Opposite the head, on the port side, is a large cedar-lined hanging locker. The main cabin includes an L-shaped dinette (converts to double berth) to starboard, with a settee opposite on the port side. A large drop-leaf dining table is in the center of the salon that can be used with both leaves opened to seat six comfortably. There are large storage cabinets (with teak and wicker doors), and bookshelves above the settees, with additional storage behind the settee back cushions.
Continuing aft, there is a navigation center with a chart table on the starboard side, followed by a large quarter berth. A U-shaped galley is to port. She offers four fixed ports, six opening ports, and four opening hatches (with solar air vent in stateroom and an air vent in salon). All ports and hatches have screens. The cabin sole is made of teak and holly.
GALLEY: U-shaped galley with Hillerange 3 burner propane stove with oven; double stainless steel sink; icebox; ample storage space; water heater; pressure water system; manual sea water pump.

Mast, boom, roller furling gear, and running and standing rigging replaced in 1991, as a result of a fire in boatyard's winter spar storage area.

REMARKS: SEA-EZE is a well maintained, reliable, fast cruising boat that can easily be sailed by two. The moderate fin keel, spade rudder, low wetted surface, and long water line contribute to speed, agility, and a comfortable motion.
