Callisto is a band, consisting of 4 like minded individuals, that have the same/similar goals in mind when it comes to music. They're here for only two reasons, and they are; to put the "show" back in "show"buisness, and good heavy rock&roll back on top of the world where it belongs. Lead vocalist/guitarist Wes Jones says: "The main objective of CALLISTO is to bring up everyone's spirits, let them have fun, don't worry about what tomorrow brings, live for today" No one puts on a show like CALLISTO. The care they put into their music and show will definately not go unnoticed.

Callisto uses a wide range of influences in their music, from Austin's power drumming, to Tim's thumping bass lines, and Wes' high vocals(ie. Michael Sweet of Stryper). They go from the Moody "DARKEST HOUR" to the "in your face, get out of ours" rocker of "HUNGER". Callisto has plenty more where those come from. They can be soft and sweet one minute, and then turn around and bang your head heavy the next minute. Callisto are just now starting to spread their wings, and when they take to flight you will all be invited to the party.

Callisto's live set consists of a mixture of covers and originals. The object of the game is to appeal to the audience, and they do this to a "T".
