Back To Concert Review

Murphy's Law Sheer Terror @Coney Island High, July 1998
		This concert was sold out and jammed packed with many passionate fans of Murphy's Law. Luckily, Jesus got us in free thru a secret underground entrance with pipes and mazes. There were many people from other bands also at this concert including the guys from the Step Kings and I think the dude from Sick of It ALL. Murphy's Law were pretty good and real friendly with the audience. They attracted a rather large set of cult fans.The stage was packed as well as the floor. They didn't care. I managed to secure a place on the stage to watch the band. At one point the murphy's law singer (Jimmy) suddenly lunged towards me, picked me up and raised me high up in the air and twirled me like an umbrella. Before I knew it, I was back on my feet a bit dizzy. But relieved he didn't throw me in the crowd full of hungry eyes.
It was incredibly hot, and the people on stage were drenched with water. I got a flu from that. Ofcourse during the song " I want some green pot" , the lead singer started passing a blunt around. That was interesting to watch. I found this concert interesting to watch, because people seemed to be really into this band.		Is this the guy from Sick of it All. He has the same facial expression on the CD Scratch the Surface.
Sheer Terror
The lead singer reminds me of a pig, but I guess that doesn't count. They were ok, but I was kind of tired thru the whole thing. At one point the lead singer instead off singing started talking about getting laid. I mean "yuck", he'd definitely have to get plastic surgery. Well I still liked some of their songs.

This audience was full of teenagers. Stupid teens also. One girl even complained about the weed that was in the club. Jeez. Well I don't remember a damn thing from the concert. I wonder why. But there was a point where the band didn't mind having people on stage. However the nasty bouncers decided to throw everyone off stage. This gorilla pushed me off stage. I fell backwards only to have 4 guys land on top of me. Luckily my friend pulled me out. The music didn't sound that great. Maybe the sound system was whacked.
