Spoilers: It has Tess, the Max & Tess thing...So if you do not want to be spoiled, don't read! It takes place after Sexual healing so a lot of mentioning of the other episodes are in here. Plus Tess is in here, so maybe its a foreshadowing of "Crazy". I don't know. haha.

The figure in black shoved me into the car but when I finally got a look at his face, it was.... DAD! What is he doing? Has he gone totally berserk? I stopped screaming but constant fear ran through me....What was he going to do?

He got into the driver's seat of the car and looked at me....

"Maria, you're coming with me! You have no choice."
"I'm not going anywhere! Let me go!"
"I had no idea that the sheriff already targeted your three friends as the aliens. If he finds real proof that Isabel, Micheal, and Max are what he thinks they are, then YOU will be taken away as well. You cannot stay in Roswell! That's final!" He yelled.

"You have no right to talk to me that way! They're my friends. I won't abandon them. I won't abandon them like you abandoned me and mom, ok?"

That seemed to shut him up. He turned the key and the engine started. I couldn't open the door...it was locked tight. I couldn't open the door....
"LET ME OUT!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs...

I got so scared that I was shivering....there was no use to screaming. No one could hear me. The silence between my dad and I was very awkward....I think he knew what I was thinking.

"Maria, you don't have to be scared." He urged.
"Too..Too late for that. You're a psycho!" I was really disgusted at him.
"I'm only thinking of your safety..."
"No, you're trying to take me away from home. You're abducting me.."
"Did you tell them?" He asked.
"Tell what?"
"That you were half-alien. Did you tell anyone?"
"I told Isabel, Micheal..."
"What??!!" He looked over at me with glaring eyes.."How could you tell them?"
"They should know, It's kinda hard keeping it to myself with what has been happening..."
"We can't trust anyone."
"We can trust them...They're not just anyone. They're my friends. If they can trust me with their secret, then I can trust them." "Let's hope you're right."
"Of course I'm right. You know, you're just like Micheal." "I know I am. So are you."
"No, I meant like your personality...so stubborn and spontaneous. It drives me insane. It must be apart of the alien thing, huh?"
"I suppose..."
"And since I am an alien, I want powers too. What's the point to having alien status when I don't have real powers anyway? "
"You can only have powers if you connect with another alien."
"I'm always with aliens...I don't do crap."
"You have to connect."
"How am I suppose to do that?"

He took his right hand from the steering wheel and grabbed my left hand. We locked hands...
"Just calm down and focus. Try to get into my head, try to reach deeper into my soul. " He said.

I closed my eyes and tried to focus him. On him alone. I opened my eyes suddenly to see our hands were GLOWING. Then a blast of images hit me like lightning...I saw him running...I saw him and Mom...Then it all disappeared.
"It's gone..." I mumbled.
"Because your connection is too weak. You need practice..."
"Whatever, dad. Let's just go back. I mean, we can't run forever..." I looked at him.
"No."
"Then I have to pee. Pull over dad. I need to take a dump." I said casually.

That excuse seemed to get me out of a lot of trouble. He didn't believe me...
"You're lying so I can stop the car, Maria. "
"If you don't stop, I'll pee right in the car."
"You wouldn't.."
"Try me, dad."
"Then pee in the car.."
"You're gross."
"If you need to pee, then pee."
"I'm a girl. I CAN'T."
"You have five minutes..."

He stopped at a diner about half a mile ahead. He placed his hands over the car lock and he did the glowy thing and the door was unlocked. I quickly opened the door and ran into the women's restroom and locked the door. I pulled out my cell phone and speed-dialed Liz...
*ring ring*
"Hello." Liz answered.
"LIZ..." I whispered. "Maria? Whats up?"
"You have to help me, Liz.."
"What?" "You have to hurry, Liz."
"What?"
"My dad abducted me."
"OmyGod. Why?"
"He thinks its unsafe here in Roswell. You have to hurry Liz. " "Where are you...?" She asked.
"I'm at a place called Nut's Diner. I'll stall him, just come quick!!!"
"Ok, I'll get Max and them. Just calm down. We'll be there a.s.a.p."
"Ok..."
"Maria?"
"Yeah.."
"Where is Nut's diner...?"
"I don't know. Its like on 285 north near that place we went to on the field trip last year."
"oK...hold tight Maria."
"Ok..Bye.."

There goes Liz...I walked out of the diner and my dad was leaning against the car.
"What took so long?" He asked...
"I SAID I needed to take a dump ok?" I snapped..
"Ok, Let's go."
"No, I'm hungry. Let's eat at the diner. It looks like they have good steaks..."
"Are you stalling?"
"What are you talking about? I'm hungry, I'm practically starving."
"Fine...."

We walked into the diner and I ordered practically everything on the menu. I ate every bite really slowly...An hour nearly passed as I sat and stuffed myself. Where are they???

My dad stood up and walked to the register and paid the waitress. I sat there chewing continually, that is, until he grabbed me by my arm and yanked me out of the diner.
"Dad, I can walk by myself, ok?" I said.
"Apparently you can't. Now get into the car!"
"No!"
"Maria, don't make me FORCE you into the car. It's not a happy thought."
"NO!"
"Maria.!."

He tightened his grip around my arm and tried to push me into the car. I attempted to escape his grasp but hit my head really hard in the cardoor instead. I slumped like a rag doll into the ground as my head felt all tingly and achy. He let go of me and as he did, I saw Micheal, Tess, Alex, Liz, Isabel and Max climb out of a car.
"MARIA!!!" shouted Micheal..
"What did you do to her?" said Isabel as she ran towards me... "You kids stay out of this...Maria is coming with me. You've caused enough trouble as it is!" Dad said.
"Let her go!" Alex said.
"Don't make me hurt you kids."
"You can't hurt us..." Said Max.

Dad rose his hand and aimed it at them -Micheal, Isabel, Tess, Max, Liz, and Alex- His hand started to glow but before he could do anything I ran in front of them...
"Daddy, please stop!"
"Move out of the way, Maria."
"No!"
"Move!"
"You'll have to get through me!"
"So be it!!!" He lost the fatherly love in his eyes. He became someone else. In his eyes, there was only hate..

Thick swirls of light came flying out of his hand and it aimed right at us...It cameSO FAST I didn't know what hit me...But as I snapped back into reality, I saw Tess crumpled on top of me...Tess, she was the one who blocked the hit for us...She was the one who took the blow for Us....But Why??

"TESS!!!!!!!!!" I screamed...
