| Alexander LaVelle Harris was born and raised in Sunnydale. And has been best friends with Willow since childhood. Xander consistently maintains his sense of homour, making wise-crack after wise-crack. Xander was not an exceptional student, but he's always been ready and willing to help Buffy in her endeavors. His track record in romance department has been less the optimal - he was tuned down by Buffy, had a one night stand with bad girl Faith, and went to a prom with an ex-demon. When he finally settled into something vaguely resembling a relationship with Cordelia, he messed up that by kissing Willow.... and getting caught. Things were looking up when he recently got engaged to girlfriend Anya. Xander and Anya's wedding day approached and Xander ended uo leaving her at the altar. He couldn't marry her because he didn't want to end up a bad husband, like his father. And mostly recently he saved the world by telling Willow he loved her. Xander hepled build the new Sunnydale High School with his construction skills. Xander's relationship with Anya from then on in season 7 was an off and on one. His relationship with Anya was beginning to mend at the start of season 7 and they were nearly back together you could say. It was all fun and games in Buffy but until somebody lost and eye the fun and games had to stop. A crazy fallen preacher man came to town, Caleb, and this preacher guy poked out Xander's eye and he lost one of his eyes. Xander was always the one who saw everything. His power was seeing and knowing what was going on around him. He was never in the spot light so no one was watching him exactly but he was watching them. He held the group together like he was glue but when he lost his eye no one was there to help the glue fix and make everything stick together again and work. He could see but maybe not as well. Buffy was going to get Xander and Dawn both out of town before the final battle so they both wouldn't get hurt but her plan failed and Xander proved he could still fight to the end and survived. But sadly Anya did not..she didn't make it right to the end but Xander was glad she went out saving someone's life, Andrews' and she went out doing the "silly" thing. |
