Julie Benz Interview-
The Darla star has been chatting about her work, new and old.

Promoting her new TV movie, The Long Shot, Julie Benz has been talking to the Pop Gurls website.
As well as chatting about working with horses for her new project, Benz also answered questions about her roles in Buffy and cult shows Taken and Roswell.
Talking about Joss Whedon's way of working, she revealed that she only learned Darla had become human well after the start of Angel's second season.
"Because the stories were shrouded in such secracy, we, as actors never knew what was happening. When they brought me back to life at the end of Season One, [for] the first couple of episodes of Season Two, I was still assuming that Darla was a vampire. And then, four episodes into it, they're like, "No, she's human. We decided to make her human. You're human."
Benz also talked about working in vampire make-up, explaining, "when I first started playing Darla, I had never played the villain before. I was scared, I was apprehensive. I didn't know if I could do it. And then when they did the test make-up on me for Darla, and I looked in the mirror, I smiled, [and said], "That's it. That's her."

Unsettled Anya-
Emma Caulfield talks about the end of Anya.

The latest issue of Buffy Magazine includes an interview with Emma Caulfield, who talks her last days playing Anya on the Buffy set.
"As much as I was ready to move on, it was really sad. My last day of work on the series was the scene in which my character died. My actual death scene was my last shot. I didn't expect it to be so traumatising.
"All that day I was all, 'Ok, great, we're done! We're graduating!' But as the progressed, I kept looking at Joss and I told him, 'I am feeling very unsettled.' Unsettled then turned into 'Oh my God, I don't know if I can do this!' There was a lot of crying and hugging at the end of it."
Bell Talks Buffy and Angel-
Jeffrey Bell, who co-wrote and directed the finale of The WB's vampire series
Angel, told SCI FI Wire that scheduling conflicts and story concerns were the main reasons why Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar won't appear on Angel's final episodes. Angel co-creator Joss Whedon had asked Gellar to appear while Gellar was busy. But when Gellar was available for the final episode, producers opted not to include her, because they didn't want the show's finale to be about Buffy, said Bell, the series co-executive producer.
"Buffy [Gellar] is an aspect of
Angel," Bell said in an interview. "It would have been great if she could have come in for one of the last couple of episodes, but not the finale. But Sarah was in Japan shooting her feature [The Grudge] right up until we were shooting our last episode. Joss had asked her if she was available from number 20 ['The Girl in Question'] or number 21 ['Power Play'], and she wasn't. So we wrote nnumber 20 [as] a story that dealt emotionally with Buffy, even though she wasn't in it."
Bell added that the finale, "Not Fade Away," "is about our people and everything we'd been through. And we'd already written about Buffy in number 20. So the ship had sailed and there wasn't a lot we could do about it.
"It would have been great to have her," Bell added. "It would have been a huge ratings boom. The fans would have loved it. But not for the finale. That's not what
Angel ultimately is about. We struggled so much to get as many of our stories resolved anyway. I can't imagine having added that to the mix as well." The WB will air "Not Fade Away" on May 19.
Buffy's Brendon Enters Rehab-
Nicholas Brendom, who played Xander for seven years on TV'S
Buffy the Vampire Slayer, announced that he has voluntarily entered an alcohol treatment center, his official Web site reported."After realizing that I had a disease that was taking control of my life, I decided that the best way for me to regain my health was to enter a treatment facility," Brendon said in a statement. "I'm grateful for the love and support I've gotten from my wife, Tressa; my entire family; my business associates; and my friends."
Brendon added, "Over the past eight years I've discovered that
Buffy fans are the most caring and supportive fans in the world. Knowing that they will be behind me, rooting for me as I go through this process, makes everything that much easier. I'm looking forward to leading a happy, sober life."
In addition to his seven years on
Buffy, Brendon has appeared in the feature film Psycho Beach Party and most recently starred in the ABC Family Channel movie Celeste in the City.
Emma Caulfield's Demons-
Former Buffy star's new film is a long way from Sunnydale

In Bandwagon, one of the standout pictures in this year's Newport Beach Film Festival, former Buffy the Vampire Slayer regular Emma Caulfield potrays herself as a self-absorbed starlet who distracts herself from her career's downward spiral by throwing her enrgy into various causes, chief among them trying to make a star out of Tubie (writer/director Karri Bowman), a fumbly aspiring actress who may or not be retarded. It's a scathingly hilarious mockumentary guaranteed to piss a lot of people off, and in it, Caulfield demonstrates more bravery than in all the seasons she spent lopping the heads off vampires.
OC WEEKLY: What was the genesis of this project?
I'd been friends with Karri Bowman for years; she's an actress I met through a mutual friend. She'd been doing this character, Tubie, since she was, like, 14 years old. You could never figure out if Tubie was retarded or what was going on, and I thought she was hilarious but also really endearing. We'd sit in my living room for hours, and she'd do Tubie, and I'd do Emma Caulfield, asshole celebrity, and they'd interact. At some point, I said, "You know, we should do a Tubie movie." So, Karri got together with a friend, and they hammered out a script, and then we improvised some things around that.
OC WEEKLY: How much does the Emma in the film reflect you? You're politically conservative in real life, and I wondered if the film's Emma is meant as a conservative caricature of do-gooder, Hollywood lefties. I know you really do endorse animal rights, so obviously you have some things in common with her.
Well, let me tell you my take on Emma in the film: she's not very bright. She's well-intentioned, very passionate and slef-righteous, but she's easily distracted when a new cause comes along. In some ways, she reminds me of the character I played on
Buffy because she's extremely focused and she doesn't always consider the consequences of what she does. Anybody who knows me would tell you that the Emma of the film is not me. Well, she's what I could be if the worst part of me went unchecked. She's what I easily could be, but I'm not.
OC WEEKLY: In this movie, you allow yourself to look like this self-absorbed, pushy, desperate woman whose career is falling apart. Weren't you worried that this could backfire on you professionally and cost you work?
I was. But I wanted to do this film more than I was worried. I've been working in Hollywood long enough and I know enough people that I hoped people in the industry would konw that the Emma in the film is
not me. I wanted Emma to be always right on this precipice betwen big things happening for her and absolute disaster. I don't really think I'm on that precipice, but...It's fun to pretend. I hope that the people i respect in Hollywood recognize that this is my take on the industry, where it seems like everybody's out for everybody. It's just a joke; it's not the real me.
OC WEEKLY: Have you gotten any flack from advocates for the retarded because of the film?
No...but nobody's really seen the film yet! There have been some angry people on the film's message board: "Emma Caulfield is making fun of the retarded!" "'My cousin is mentally challenged! How dare she?!" "Emma played a demon on
Buffy....Is shea demon in real life?"
But these are people who haven't seen the film. Hopefully when they see it, they'll see it's not attacking retarded people. But I did want yo challenge people and make them think. I mean, really, if somebody's funny, whether they're retarded or whatever, why
isn't it okay to laugh?
Of course, the people at my agency were very concerned when I decided to do this film. They told me we couldn't go ahead until we got the mentally challenged groups to sign off on it, and I told them ,"No, I don't want
them to sing off on it! That's not what this movie's about -- it could ruin it." I mean, I look at what's being happening with free speech in this country, at the way Howard Stern is being treated by the FCC, for instance and it appalls me. I wanted us to make a really strong statement against the who repressive climate.
OC WEEKLY: I wondered if, on some level, this movie was your attempt to throw off any of that teen-role-model stuff left over from Buffy. I can imagine some young Buffy fans being really outrage by this.
So can I. I'm big on irony - maybe that's something I got from working with [
Buffy crator] Joss Whedon....So when Buffy ended, I wanted to do something risky. I didn't set out to offend people really, but hopefully, they'll see a new side of me. I'm very grateful to teh fans. They're loyal people, and when you do something new, there's already a lot of people with some interest in it. That's a great thing.
Can I ask
you a question? What did you think of Emma Caulfield you saw in Bandwagon?
OC WEEKLY: Of your performance? Or the character?
Both.
OC WEEKLY: Well...the Emma in the film was very complex. She was kind of dumb and self-serving, but at the same time, you couldn't help but too for her. She did mean well. And I was honestly impressed by the bravery of your performance. You went to such dark places, and you let yourself look so awful.
Yay! [Laughs] That's pretty much what I was going for.
OC WEEKLY: Really, you should be proud of this thing. Since Bandwagon could be kind of a tricky sell, I wondered if there was anything you wanted to say to the people to them to come out and see it?
[Long pause] I would say that whether you love or hate the film, they won't be bored. I'm prepared for some people to hate the film, or maybe they'll love it
and hate it, and I welcome that. It'll make you think. It's like watching a train wreck... but in a good way!
What would have happen if Evil Willow had never been stopped?
Wicked Willow: The Darkening is the new title of the book based on this question before us.
It's the first book that expands on the idea from Buffy's sixth season.
A series that centres Spike? Possibly.
Angel's James Marsters has apparently been talking to Buffy vet David Greenwalt about developing a series of his own, reports zap2it. "We've started talking about ideas that would be interesting for the series," Marsters says. "In about three days, we came up with something that was really fairly interesting. I don't know if it would fly, but it was just wonderful to feel the interest. Also, there were a couple of phone calls where I had a bunch of ideas the night before--some of which he hated and some of which he really liked--that we were talking about." Whether or not these proposed series centre on Spike was left unsaid.
New Whedon Series In The Works?
At a Cleveland Slayer Convention recently some people slipped up on Buffyverse/ Joss Whedon news.
Nick Brendon did a Q/A and let slip that Joss is working on another show. When asked what it was called he mumbled something like "Brothers" but then he said he didn't know. He said that a Buffy movie is going to happen it's just a question of when. Also Nick mentioned something about a Buffy cartoon that has Alyson, Anthony and him doing voices that might be picked up soon. And we all thought the Buffy cartoon was dead.
Mercedes McNab said that Angel is dead as an ongoing series but she did hear about Tv Movies. She even started to cry when talking about the shows end.
Anthony Head talked about Whedon and him doing a spin off called Ripper. He said taht he and Joss talk about it every time they see each other. It is supposed to start off as a two hour Tv movie.
Whedon's 'Angel' Goes Down Fighting-
Los Angeles (Zap2it.com)- Here's a one-line summary for Season 6 of "Angel", courtesy of series co-creator Joss Whedon:
"If you buck the system and do your best to make it collapse, what if it does?"
Unfortunately for the fans of the show, Whedon's questions will remain a rhetorical one. "Angel" ends its five-season run on The WB Wednesday (May 19) as the vampire hereo (David Boreanaz) and his cohorts, after a season of trying to do good from the inside of demonic law firm Wolfram & Hart, make one final stand against evil.
It won't necessarily be pretty. "The pain of loss I felt when they cancelled the show, I'm going to share."
"It isn't the end of all things. It's not a final grace note after a symphony the way 'Buffy' was," Whedon says. "We're definately still in the thick of it. But it is and was meant to be the final statement about 'Angel'. The point of the show is you're never done, and whoever survives the show to get that point will embody it."
"I just don't believe that the Buffyverse is dead."
"Did I make it so it could lead into an exciting sixth season? I did," he says. "But it's still a final statement if that's what it needs to be."
And about the hypothetical sixth season, though, Whedon has this to offer: "Next season would have been some serious chaos."
Angel's Gone, But Not Whedon-
The final episode of The WB's Angel has aired, but series co-creator Joss Whedon told Zap2it that the show's finale doesn't mark an end of the 'Buffyverse', referring to the universe created in Angel's predecessor series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Whedon told the site
that he's talking with Dark Horse Comics about reviving the
Buffy comic-book series and making that a place where the two shows' mythology lives on.
Whedon added that he's also had a few discussions about an
Angel TV movie or another spinoff, which he says he'd do only if a cogent idea comes to him andhe can assemble enough of the cast and crew to execute it properly, the site reported. "I'd rather stop now than do anything by halves," he told the site. But, he added, "I just don't believe that the Buffyverse is dead."
The end of Angel also marks the first season in eight years that viewers won't have a new Whedon show on the air. His previous shows, UPN's
Buffy and Fox's short-lived Firefly, ended last year. But that likely won't last long, as Whedon has a development deal with 20th Century Fox TV and says he still wants to develop new shows (nothing is planned for theocmming season), the site reported.
Whedon's next gig is to direct
Serenity, a feature based on Firefly, which begins shoot later this month.

WB Boss 'explains' reason for Angel cancellation-
Jordan Levin, the network chief who axed Angel, has been explaining the reason for his highly unpopular decision.
"The big problem with Angel is it didn't repeat well." Levin told E!Online's Kristin. "It wasn't growing its audience, but it was ashow we loved. We adored the show. It was a really hard decision.
"Joss Whedon came to me in February and said, 'If you don't think the show is going to come back, I'd rather know it now, so I can end it appropriately.'
"When we looked at our schedule, with Charmed, 7th Heaven, Gimore Girls, Angel and Smallville, we realised we had a lot of veteran series. And one of the challenges of any schedule is to let your veterans retire so you can make room for the rookies, like Jack and Bobby and The Mountain. It's a balancing act, and it's not fun. That was a sad day."
The Watcher: What Can't We Face If We're Together?
The Scooby Gang fought all sorts of monsters in the first five seasons of Buffy: vampires and demons galore, a couple of Frankenstein monsters, some robots, and, oh yeah, a god. But in season six, they faced their greatest challenge yet: themselves.
The DVD release of  Buffy the Vampire Slayer's sixth season presents a chance to take another look at this controversial year. It wasn't pretty, it wasn't happy, and it was something painful to watch, but above all else, season six was emotionally real. It took the life-shattering events of season six for Buffy, Willow and Xander to become adults and re-establish their bonds, but they had to hit rock bottom to do it.
Part 1, Part 2
Buffy re-animated-
It looks like a Buffy Animated Series is happening.
A series was nearly made for Fox a few years ago and then parked. The man behind it, Jeph Loeb, went off to work for Smallville. With the BBC having heard rumours that the series maybe be on again, they caught up with Jeph to find out what's going on.
An interview with the Angel star David Boreanaz-
Shortly after filming wrapped on the last ever episode of Angel, BBC caught up with David Boreanaz to discuss the end of an era.
What was going through your mind during your last day on set?
Of course, it's going to be emotional; you spend so much time with the crew, and you're close to them, and my father wasthere, my family was there. And it all came to a final close in the middle of an alleyway at five in the morning.
It was emotional, but it was a good thing.
Did you keep any souvenirs from the show?
Well, I got a couple of shirts ... just odds and ends, nothing major. There wasn't really much I wanted.

Will you miss any of your Angel outfits?

Some I will not, some probably, but you get bought some nice things when you work in this business.
How did your wife Jaime become involved in episode 19, Time Bomb?
It's [was] just an opportunity for a character there. [I thought] that it would be great to have her ocme on to the show, and have our son look at that, and see the two of us actually play opposite one another
for a brief moment. We had fun with it. It was nothing too serious, it was just a small little role, a laugh.
Is there anything that you would like to say to the fans who have been compaigning to keep the show alive?
I think that what they've done has been fantastic. They're the best fans in the world. They have been so supportive [and] I just thank them from the bottom of my heart.

A 'Trip' Worth Taking- "Eurotrip" Movie Review
I hate critics who include "I hate to admit this" as part of their reviews, but unfortunately I must join their ranks. Maybe I've used the line before and blocked it from my memory. I so, then I apologize. I watched the
"Eurotrip" trailer, said 'whatever', and went to the movie expecting a gross-out, raunchy teen-ish 'R'- rated comedy with a few actual jokes that hit their marks surrounded by needless shoptsof naked bodies. That's what I expected but it's not what "Eurotrip" delivered.....

Dawn's thoughts on the series finale- Michelle Trachtenberg interview
Michelle Trachtenberg  appeared out of the blue as the sister Buffy never had. Literally, she never had asister, but cosmic forcescreated one, who turned out to be the key to the gates of hell. After that blew over, Dawn had to find the role as a real teenage girl, living in the shadow of The Slayer.
Trachtenberg has gorwn up on
Buffy. Three years ago, we wouldn't have seen he wearing a black dress slit down the middle, as she wore to the series finale wrap party. Though not quite 18, Trachtenberg isclearly no longer our little girl....

Ripper RIP?
Buffy Spin-off may have a future says Anthony Stewart Head.
"We still talk about [Ripper]. Joss came over to Britain to see the shows I was doing, Pirates of Penzance and Peter Pan, and Alyson's When Harry Met Sally, so we all went out together a couple of times. He has an idea that I thought would work very well. It means the project is still alive - still something that Joss wants to do. He wants to make a two-hour TV movie."
He also talks about the Buffy Animation..
"It was great fun doing the voicing with Joss and Jeph [Loeb] on the other end of the phone line..I wondered how I would play it, and whether it would be different just playing the voice. It wasn't - I just put the glasses on and there he was. I've read between six and eight scripts [for Buffy: Animated] and they are very funny. It's got a different feel from what one has seen before.
Heavenly Luck-
One of the most heartbreaking losses of this season was the WB's abrupt cancellation of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spinoff Angel. Completely original,  frequently gothic in scope, Angel was one of the best-written shows on television. The show was enjoying its fifth year when the WB announced, in a rather cryptic memo, that it was ending the show despite calling Buffy and Angel 'cornerstones of our network' and admitting: "The sum total of the work done on those shows has produced some of the proudest moments in our history."
Despite rabid campaigns organized by fans of the show,
Angel aired its final episode May 19.
On a sunny day in April, it's the next to last day of shooting the series, and Amy Acker still seems stunned by the news. The petite actor, who joined the show as brainy science geek Winifred "Fred" Burkle in Season Three, sits in a trailer on location in Hollywood and attempts to describe the melancholy mood of the set. "It's strange; you sort of feel like this is your office," she notes. "You don't really imagaine not seeing these people every day. You realize this is how the business works and no show runs forever, but it's still hard." Many tears had already been shed as she watched the people she worked alongside leave one by one. "Alexis [Denisof, who played her love interest Wesley]v had his last day last week, and I was crying for two hours afterI left work," she recalls. "All my friends are, like, 'I'ts just a show.' But it's sad when you've been with these people for three years, 15 hours a day sometimes, five days a week. Even if you see  people out of work, it's not exactly the same."
-------------------------------------
Word of the show's cancellation came down in early February, not long after it arided its 100th episode and only a month after the WB spoke highly of the program at the annual Television Critics Association Tour. Acker was told in person by series creator Joss Whedon. "I'd gotten a bunch of cryptic messages on my answering machine from agents and managers, asking me if I had talked to Joss yet," she recalls. "I had just seen him the day before, and he had said he was going to dinner with [WB Co-CEO] Jordan Levin. I said, 'Call me if he cancels the show or something.' He said, 'That won't happen.' Well, it did happen."
According to Acker, Whedon called her the next morning and wanted to meet up with her. "I said there was a Coffee Bean by our house, and he said, 'Do they serve alcohol? We need a bar,' " she recites with a laugh. "I said, 'I don't think there are any bars open at 1 o'clock.' He said, 'Do you have alcohol at your house?' So we kind of drowned our sorrows at my place."
-------------------------------------
"I'm excited to play a new character, and I'll see what comes up. I'd like to use auditions not only to get a job, but also as a chance to act." And though she has heard stories of people who are actually relieved when their shows end, she's not one of them. "People who are excited to move on," she says, "probably don't have Joss Whedon as their boss."

Spike Spiked-
James Marsters says he's ready to move on.
"If a project was offered to me that was cool and had Spike in it, I would lvoe to do it,"  he says. "It's a fabulous character, but at the same time, it seems to be over so it's a good time to move on."
"I'm excited about playing other characters. Frankly, I can't wait to show the world my brown hair, and the fact that I don't have an English accent and the fact that I don't have to be the snarky guy all the time."
"Whatever happens, I'll be proud of this my whole life. I told Sarah Michelle Gellar a long time ago, 'We can get $10 million paycheques and be part of huge movies, but I don't know if we're ever going to touch a nerve like this again.' "
The Many Faces of Superman-
A superman movie is going to be under way at some point and guess who is on the list of possible people for the man of steel?
David!
David Boreanaz
Most famous for: Playing the good-guy vampire Angel on the TV shows “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel.”
Is he super? Maybe. He’s hasn’t really acted in anything of note other than as Angel, so we haven’t seen a lot of range out of him. We know he’s good at playing a tough guy with a sensitive core, but that’s more in the Batman line. His atrocious Irish accent was a liability for Angel, but shouldn’t have any effect on his potential as Superman.
Boreanaz is Mr Fixit -
New film role for Angel star.

David Boreanaz has snagged his first major role since the end of Angel. The actor will take the lead in romantic comedy film Mr Fixit.

According to the
CHUD movie news website, David will play Lance Valenteen - a 'handsome cat' (not the feline variety) who gets paid to fool women into returning to their ex-boyfriends. Unsurprisingly, as it's a chick-flick, he falls for one of them. A happy ending is expected.
Darin Ferriola will write and direct the project, having previously helmed ancient evil horror flick Soulkeeper.
Buffy Resurrected in Animation-
Defunct TV show Biffy The Vampire Slayer is set to be resurrected as a cartoon.

Although Sarah Michelle Gellar will not reprise her leading role in the new series, creator Joss Whedon has reportedly recruited Giselle Loren - the video-game voice of Buffy - to speak for her in the pilot.

Cast members Alyson Hannigan, Nicholas Brendon and Anthony Stewart Head are returning to voice the animated versions of their characters.
No Gellar In Buffy Toon-
The June 20 issue of TV Guide reported that voice actress Giselle Loren will take over Sarah Michelle Gellar's starring role in a proposed animated Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, for which a pilot is being produced. Sources told the magazine that Gellar chose not to reprise her role, leading creator Joss Whedon to recruit Loren, who previously voiced the character in the video game Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its sequel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds.

Other Buffy regulars—including Alyson Hannigan (Willow), Nicholas Brendon (Xander) and Anthony Stewart Head (Giles)—will voice their characters in the pilot, the magazine reported. The pilot will be screened for potential distributors next month, TV Guide reported.
James Marsters Visits Australia-
“As many of you know I am off to Australia for a week to attend a con. It should be great to meet all the Australian fans (and those who have traveled from afar to be there). I’m enjoying reading everyone’s letters and cannot thank everyone enough for all the support and love and hugs you keep sending my way. I’m doing great and really concentrating on MacBeth and other great acting possibilities. Lot’s of catching up on sleep and exercising. I will write about my Australian experiences when I get back.” - James.

James appeared on Rove [Live] last night (Tueasday 6th July) right at the end of the show. It was a great interview, very funny and we got some news about some possible hope for Buffy and Angel fans. A set of four tv movies could happen, Spike being the foucs of one of them and James has signed on for that but he isn't sure if the others have signed on for the other movies and if they don't sign on , James isn't sure if the Spike tv movie will go under way.

They come into our living rooms for years on end. We wonder will they or won't they, and when they do, it's usually the end of the show. Here's a look at 7 TV couples that illustrated love on the small screen.

The classic couple Buffy and Angel ;) came <drum roll> Second!

2. Buffy Summers and Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Theirs was a forbidden love — a vampire and the slayer, but he had a soul and things looked okay until they consummated their love and a gypsy curse robbed him of his conscience. Relieved of his humanity, Angel went on a murderous rampage culminating with Buffy killing him. Of course, he came back the next season, but their love was too dangerous, so he got a spin-off.
Eliza Dushku's Deathly Drama-
Beauty Eliza Dushku was left devastated while vacationing in South Africa two years ago - when she saw a man die in front of her.

The 23-year-old was visiting the nation with her mother, Judy, when tragedy struck, and both women were left in a state of shock after witnessing one man's demise.

Eliza recalls, "Two years ago my mother and I went to South Africa.

"There was a strike, people were protesting in the streets and there was one crazy man, really drunk, who had blood on his face.

"He was running through the crowd, fell on the ground and smashed his head. It was like you see in a movie, the blood just spread all over the floor.

"It was really intense, my stomach was just in my feet. It was pretty awful."
Scooby without Sarah-
Scooby Doo 3 may have to do without a number of the original cast.
The Movie Hole website reports that although a third Scooby Doo film is likely, it will probably feature a whole new cast and crew.

Warner Bros are keen to replicate the box office success of the first two Scooby Doo films, but nobody else seems keen.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has already told the press she no longer wants to work with husband and Scooby co-star Freddie Prinze Jnr. Now Matthew Lillard, who plays Shaggy, has purportedly declined to return.

James Gunn, the screenwriter of the first two films told Movie Hole that he doesn't want to pen a third script at the moment, and director Raja Gosnell is also not keen.

"We are probably not doing Scooby 3 right away, at least not with us. We all love Scooby, but all of us involved, including myself, Raja, Matt and the others, would like to get a couple other projects under our belts before we did anything with Scooby again," Gunn said.

But who could possibly replace Sarah Michelle Gellar in the role? Perhaps Isla Fisher, reportedly up for the role originally and given a small part in the first film, might be the new Daphne.
TV Gal Tears Open the Envelope-
LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - In retrospect, they probably should have been called the TV Gal Reader Awards. Sure it's not as catchy (or as self-indulgent) as the Amy Awards, but it is a more accurate description. Because, remember, in the 2004 Amy Awards, you picked the categories, you chose the nominees, and you decided the winners.

Wesley from the heart-
Alexis Denisof talks about the end of Angel, puppets and Wesley's heart.
In the latest issue of Angel Magazine, Alexis Denisof says he'd love to play Wesley again, but feels happy that that the cast achieved so much on the show.

"Well, I'd love it to continue, because of this exploration of [Wesley's] emotional life would be the next phase of the character and would unlock more chambers of his heart... I feel there's a lot more to do there."

"I'm so pleased for everyone that we've made this journey," he added. "I'm really, really happy with the work that we've done. I feel like it's a great accomplishment to have made 100 [plus] episodes and most of them are pretty damn good."

He also talks about his favourite episodes of the series, including Smile Time, which he said was a riot:

"It was very difficult. We laughed most of the time. I'm sure the editors had a nightmare trying to cut around our smirks and giggles, because it was absolutely hilarious."
Wicked Willow: Shattered Twilight (Wicked Willow Book 2)-
By Yvonne Navarro

What if Evil Willow had never been stopped?

Following the events of The Darkening, even Willow's own coven has turned against her, condemning her for saving Buffy from their evil phantom and for not protecting the other coven members as she promised them she would. Willow must find a way to restore herself to them, to reinforce her position of power, which is hanging in the balance.

If the truth should get out that Willow fought the phantom because the ghost of Tara told her to - it will lower her still further in their eyes. That is a risk she cannot afford to take. The time has come for big magic. Infallible magic. As Willow turns to the elements for protection, can Buffy and Co. overcome her - without losing her forever?
