Slot: When you use this limit break a little window opens at the bottom left hand corner. Inside of it you will see the name of a spell and a number next to it. The spell shown is the spell that she will cast and the number is how many times she's going to use it. If you don't like the spell that's chosen you can chose the "do over" command to receive a different spell and number. The spells chosen are completely random and Selphie will not cast protective or curative magic on enemies or cast attack magic on party members. Sometimes Selphie will be able to use magic that you can't recieve in the game. Here is a list of those: |
Full- Cure: Completely restores your entire party's HP. |
Wall: Casts protect and shell on your entire party. Rapture: Instead of inflicting damage to an enemy, she attaches angel wings to their back which flies them right out of battle. This spell is very rare and doesn't work against bosses so don't even try it. The End: This is Selphie's strongest limit break and perhaps the best one in the game. When this spell is cast the enemy is taken to a flower field where it is put to rest. The End works on regular enemies and even bosses but it doesn't effect undead enemies. This is the most difficult limit break to get in Selphie's slot menu but your chances of getting it increase as Selphie's level increases and when she's in danger of dying. |

Shot: For this limit break you get to chose what type of ammo you want to use on an enemy and which enemy you want to hit. When chosing a type of ammo you might want to conisder what type of enemy you're dealing with. After all you wouldn't want to end up healing an enemy with fire ammo or something. When the limit break begins two windows appear. The one on the left indicates which enemy you're aiming for and the one on the right indicates how much ammo you have left and how much time you have left. Try to shot an enemy as many times as you can before the time runs out. Here is a list of the different types of ammo you can use: Normal Ammo (Normal Shot): Like it says a normal shot doing a fair amount of damage and loading at normal speed. Shotgun Ammo(Scatter Shot): Almost exactly like Normal shot only this one hits all the enemies on the screen. Dark Ammo(Dark Shot): Able to deal an abnormal status effect to an enemy like sleep, blind, silence, or poison. Fire Ammo(Flame Shot): Another one like normal ammo only this does fire damage. Demolition Ammo(Canister Shot): Although it has a slow loading time it hits hard. You can only hit one enemy at a time with this. Fast Ammo(Quick Shot): This ammo isn't very strong but you're able to hit an enemy a lot of times since it reloads quickly. AP Ammo(Armor Shot): This is like demolition ammo only its stronger and reloads faster. Pulse Ammo(Hyper Shot): This is the best ammo you can get since it causes maximum damage to a single enemy and has a fast firing rate. The only downside to this is that this ammo is extremely rare and you can only get it by refining it from energy crystals or laser cannons. |
