A little while later AJ went home. Trisha, and him still didn’t figure out what was going to happen between the two. She walked out into the living room where Nick and Brian were watching a movie.

“Hey Nick what ya watchen?” she said as she walked into the kitchen to grab a drink from the fridge.

“I think maybe you should go now”Nick whispered to Brian “Oh umm.... Billy Madison”

“Oh cool I love this movie” she replied as she went, and sat down on the recliner.

“Trisha?”Brian interrupted.

“Yes?”

“Can I talk to you?”

“That’s what your doing now, isn’t it?”

“No, I mean outside privately”

“Sure Brian”she sighed as she got up, and walked outside.

“Here lets take a walk”Brian said as he grabbed her hand, leading her down the steps, and into the sand.

“Wait, I don’t have any shoes on!”

“Neither do I, it’s better that way”

“Ok”she said as the two walked out further onto the beach.

“So?”

“I want to say I'm sorry if I caused a problem between you, and AJ, believe me that’s the last thing I wanted to accomplish”

“I know Brian it’s fine!” she said as she turned around to face him.

“It’s nice out tonight, don’t you think?”he said as the tide came rippling in gliding across there feet.

“Yeah, you can really see the stars” she said as she felt Brian's arms enclose around her, and his chin softly resting on her shoulder.

In the house, Nick picked up the phone, and dialed Sara's # after a few rings her answering machine picked up. “Hi you’ve reached......well me of course, and I'm not home right now! sucky for you!!! so leave a message, and if your lucky I'll call ya back.....beep”

“Hey Sara, it’s me Nick!, baby I'm sorry we can work this out I know it, I love you baby!! call me back ok~ later”

Nick let out a small sigh....”where could she be?”he thought as he walked over to the back window.He couldn’t believe his eyes. “No it cant be” he thought as he watched Brian,and Trisha slowly, and passionately kissing, out on the beach.

Kevin sat on the couch as he waited for Katie to come out of the bathroom.

“Katie....come on I want to see!!!”he wined as he got up from his seat and banged on the door.

“No Kevy... it’s not me, I wouldn’t be caught dead in this” she said as she looked her self over in the mirror.

“Baby let me see!”

“All right, but don’t laugh!” she said as she opened the door. Kevin stood there for a while gaping in awe stunned by her appearance.

“I knew it!” she cried.

“No baby you look sexy”he said studding her body which was clothed in a black lacy spaghetti strap night gown.

“Really?”

“Yes, baby he said as he grabbed her around the waist and pulled her over to him, and into the bedroom.He slowly leaned in , and started to kiss her lips softly then her neck.

A while later the two were cuddled up under the sheets tired, and breathless.

“I love you Katty” he whispered in her ear for the first time ever. She got up a little shocked, and looked at him.

”Do you mean that Kevin”she asked seriously.

“Yes Kate with all my heart!!”

“Oh baby, I love you too!”she said, as she hugged him tightly.

Kevin picked up her chin, and looked her in thee eyes, that's when he knew the time was right, he had been thinking about it for a long time now but couldn’t find the right time, a few weeks back he visited Kate's dad to ask for her hand in marriage and to his surprise he said yes, which made him even more set on making her his beautiful bride.

“Kate?”

“Yes Kev?” she asked getting the feeling that he was about to ask her something that would change the rest of her life.

“Baby............I’ve been thinking, and you know how I told you that I want to have a big family one day, and well I'm not getting any younger ya know...Well Katty I want you to be a part of that family ...baby will you Marry.......”

“Yes Kevin I will”She replied excitedly before he had the chance to finish what he was about to say. Katie grasped him around the neck, and lead him into one of the most passionate and intense kisses of hi his life. Kevin pulled the sheets over there heads and began to kiss again.

Meanwhile Sara had gone over to Howies after making a stop at the local liquor store.

“I'm so glad I can talk to you about this stuff Howie” she said as she stood up from her chair.

“That’s what I'm here for”He too getting up.

“Ok well I should get going it’s getting pretty late!”

“Did you need me to drive you?”he asked not sure if she was drunk or not.

“No, I’ll fine I've only got a little bit of a buzz, nothing to be worried about”she said as she walked to the door.

“Ok then, ill see you later, call me if you need anything”he said and leaned in to give her a hug.

“Will do” she said as she left the house. Sara got in her car, and drove home. As soon as she got in the house her dog came scurrying her way, snorting, and jumping.

“Hey Angel baby”she said as she bent over to pet the small pugs tummy.The dog got up, and ran back into the living room.

“Silly where are you going?”she laughed as she followed from behind. As soon as she walked into the room she notice Nick spread out sleeping on the couch.He decided to go over, and wait for her to come home so he could personally apologize for earlier. The small dog ran over toward Nick and jumped on top of him.

“Hey you”he said as the dog licked his face.

“Nick what are you doing here?”she asked quietly

“Listen Sara I'm sorry for earlier, I didn't mean what I said, and I want to work things, please forgive me baby”he said as he got up and, made his way over toward her.

“Nick it really shouldn't;d be you apologizing, it should be me, I shouldn’t have gone off on you the way I did”she replied as Nick took her hand, and lead her into a warm embrace.

“I don’t care who's fault it is, as long as your not angry with me Sara, I wanna work through this, that is what we do in a relationship”he said in such a sincere manner that Sara became teary eyed.”Baby why are you crying?”

“It’s just I've never seen you this way before, and no one has seemed to care about me as much as you do” she said as a tear escaped her eye. Nick took his thumb, and gently wiped it away.

“I love you Sara”he whispered in her ear.

“I love you too”she relied.

***Back with Brian and Trisha***

“Whoa...Brian please tell me we didn’t just do that” she said pulling back from the kiss they had just shared. Brian stared at her blankly.

“Did you not like it?”he broke out.

“No, I didn’t say that, but you know we shouldn’t be doing this.”

“I know, but it feels so right” he said, his arms tightening around her waist, and soon leaning in, and kissing her again, but she soon pulled back.

“What?”he asked surprised by her action.

“Brian I'm with AJ, I cant do that to him”she replied sadly.”We’re just friends nothing more, nothing less, and that's how I intend on it staying” she replied knowing if she didn’t say it now, she wouldn’t have the guts to do it later.

“Can you honestly tell me feel nothing for me? and you didn’t feel a thing in that kiss?”

“No Brian, I cant, but the truth is that I do have feelings for you, but the feelings I'm feeling for Aj are so much stronger. You know that I love him Brian. I think what you had with Brittany was something special, and maybe after all this time you could give her the chance to explain, because Brian I know she loves you, she s a wreck without you.”

“Brittany????.....”he replied frantically”I don’t want to have anything to do with her.”After what she did I wouldn’t give her the time of day.”

“As I recall not so long ago a certain some one did the very same thing, and I still love him, and gave him a chance to explain.”

“Brian paused he didn’t know what to say, all he knew is that he loved Britt, but she ripped his heart apart, just speaking her name made it ache.

“I know you still love her Brian”she said interrupting his thoughts.

“No Trisha I did!!!... and maybe not even that”

“Bull shit Brian......you look at that girl like Romeo looked at Juliet.” “Brian I'm not the girl for you, we’re not ment to be!”

“How do you know that?.....I mean I love you Trisha, and you love me”

“As a friend, and I will always love you Brian, but I'm not in love with you”she replied knowing that what she said would probably hurt more then it would him.
