An hour and 1/2 passed and Trisha had taken her shower,brushed her teeth and did her hair, put on her make up and gotten dressed into her tight black spaghetti strap dress.Just as she was slipping on her heels the door rang.

“Shoot, I'm late”she said as she fumbled around in the hall, then finally making her way to the door.she brushed herself off took a deep breath and opened the door.

“Hey”she said as she looked up to find Brian standing there.

“Hey, you look breath taking”he replied stunned by her appearance.

“Thank you, what are you doing here?”

“Oh yeah I stopped by to get my wallet I must have left it here earlier”

“Oh really I haven’t seen it around but your welcome to look if you would like?””maybe Nick has seen it”

“Maybe”He quickly walked in and over to the couch. he checked to see if any one was watching and then stuck his wallet into the pillow

“So where are you going?”he asked as he plopped himself down.

“Oh just out to eat”she said as she put in her other diamond earring.

“Oh”

“Your not here for your wallet, are you?”

“No not really I came by to give you this”he said as he handed her an envelope.

“What's this?”she asked as she took the letter.

“Well I was just writing down all that was on my mind in a letter and since most of it is dealing with you I thought who not better to give it to then you?and its always been easiest to talk to you.”

“But I really must be going so ill talk to you soon”he said as he reached his hand down into the couch and pulled out his wallet. He walked toward her gave her a hug and kiss and walked out. That was strange, she thought as she opened the letter.

It began,

There are so many thoughts in my head right now I don't even know where to begin.There were times when I just felt like disappearing from the center of the earth, like about 3 months ago when I was going through a very terrible breakup. I still don’t know why she did what she did , but I know that it hurt alot. There’s no words to describe how I felt, and then on top of that I did the same thing to some one else, the one person who meant the most to me, but I was just so pig headed to actually figure out the feeling’s I were feeling were real and not a passing phase. If I could go back and change what I did god knows I would. If only she knew my real feelings and would give me a second chance, but that's not possible because I screwed up, I blew my chance at the only person I truly loved and still do. ~With Love~ Brian

She just couldn't believe what she was reading,why did he have to give this to me, now, especially!!she thought as a tear fell from her eye. everything was going so perfect and this had to go and happen.She knew she still loved him but she just didn’t know what she was going to do, she was starting to feel very strongly for Aj. How would she explain this to him, what would she say?,better yet what was she going to do, did they have a future?”All this was running through her head as Aj approached the steps of her house. she was woken from her thoughts when she heard the door ring.She quickly wiped away her tears and walked to the door.

“Hey”she said as she forced herself to smile.

“Hey babe, ready to go?” he said as he handed her a bouquet of red roses.”What's wrong”he asked noticing her tear stained cheeks.

“Nothing,why?”

“Don't lie to me, I know theirs something wrong!”he said as he looked her in the eye.

“Nothing, I was watching a thing on the discovery channel!!! it was really sad” if you must know!”she lied

“Oh”he replied still not believing it, but if she didn't want to talk about it there was nothing he could do.

“Wait here ill be right back”she said as she walked into the bathroom.

Aj walked over to the couch and sat down.as he looked around the room he noticed a letter beside him.He picked it up and began to read the first few lines.“I shouldn't be reading this”he thought as he began to read a little bit more.Soon he ended the letter. He couldn't believe it. “One of my best friends, I cant believe he went behind my back like that.”he thought as Trisha approached the room.He quickly put the letter back and sat up.

“Hey ready to go?”she asked as she grabbed her coat and purse.

“Yup”

Meanwhile, Sara was having troubles of her own. She finally worked up enough courage to tell Nick that she didn't want to see him any more,but she just couldn't figure out how she would break the news.”The phone”she thought as she hoped up from her seat.”No, I can’t that would just be wrong......Oh well”she said aloud. As she picked up the phone and dialed Nicks number.After a few rings Nick picked up the phone.

“Hello??”

“Hey Nick we need to talk”

“Yeah, I know I wanted to say I'm sorry for earlier, that was rude of me to ignore you the way I did”

“No you just don’t get it Nick!!!!! That's all you do is play that damn Nintendo!! and I'm sick of it!!! When are you going to wake up and realize that life doesn't revolve around you and your game!”

“I know that Sara!”

“Then why don’t you take other peoples feelings into consideration?”

“I do!”

“No you don’t, I don’t want to see you any more Nick! it’s over!”she yelled in an outburst.

“Good, I don’t want to have any thing to do with a cold hearted bitch like you anyway!!!!!!”he snapped back and hung up the phone.

Sara slammed the phone down.She stormed out of the room and headed to the door, she got in her car and drove to the nearest bar.

Back with Trisha and Aj, They soon arrived at the restaurant,parked the car and went in. they were seated not very long until the waiter came to take there order.

“What's wrong?”He asked as he picked up her hand and started to rub it gently.

“Nothing, just Hungary that's all!”she replied.

“Oh, well the food will be ready soon I'm sure”

“Ill be right back”she said as she got up from the table.

“Ok” ”Should I ask her or not?” he thought as he peered into his pocket.A couple minutes later Trisha came back, she sat down quietly and didn't say anything for a while until Aj broke out.

“Trisha?”

“Yes?”

“I wanted to give you this”he said as he handed her a small black box.

“What's this?”she said as she opened the box.her mouth nearly hit the ground in aww as she stared down at the little silver band lined with tiny diamonds.

“It’s a promise ring, with that ring I promise that I will always love you and never would do any thing to hurt you! I want you to move in with me Trisha, and we can take our relationship to another step”

Trisha was speechless, she couldn't think of what to say, Until memories of Brian flooded her mind! tears from her eyes started to fall as she began to answer.

“I can’t take this, I'm so sorry Aj!!!”she said as she handed him the ring and ran out of the restaurant. The restaurant became silent all eyes on Aj.
