A week had passed, and I didn’t talk to AJ since that night. I felt horrible for what happened then. I mean he acted like a perfect gentleman, and what did I do?, I spoiled it! What’s one little kiss gonna do? I thought. Nick had came over every day since we moved in, he bugged so bad after a while.The only good thing that came out of it was when he would bring over his friend Brian, man was he hot! I think he’s a Backstreet boy too, but I'm not sure.

I woke up to a pounding sound on my door. I rolled over to find that it was only 9:00(on a Saturday morning)”Somebody better have a good explanation for this” I thought as the pounding grew louder.

“What the hell do you want?”I yelled as I stumbled out of bed and opened the door.

“Hey Trish, .....were you sleeping?”Nick asked as we walked down the stairs.

“No I normally look this shitty, what kinda question is that?, and the reason you woke me up is?”

“Umm......you don’t hate me do you?”

“No Nicky I don't hate you!!!!” I said as we walked into the kitchen.

“Whoa!! the dead has awoken!”

“Haha, funny Sara!!”

“Not nearly as funny as those p.j.s your wearing!”Brian joked

“Oh yeah, well...........shut up!!!!! and plus I like my fishys there cute!!”

“Uh ha whatever!”

A little later on, after I took my shower and got ready, we all went mini golfing.

“Why are we here again?”I sighed

“Because, it’s fun Trisha, give it a try!”Brian insisted.

“Ok Tish, your turn”Nick said as he walked over to Sara and gave her a high five.

I walked over to my spot, and was about to swing when Brian interrupted.

“No no, your doing it all wrong!”He said as he walked over behind me and put his hands over mine.Sara and Nick smirked at each other.A couple mins. later Brian walked back, and I took my swing.

“OH YEAH!!!!!” I shouted ”Hole in one!!!!!”

“No Trisha, wrong hole!”Brian corrected me.

“I knew that!....duhh!!”

After a while we finished the game, Sara and Nick beat us by... well will just say a lot! We got in the car and drove home.

“That was fun”Nick said as he walked to the couch and sat down.

“Ha, yeah only because you won!” Brian exclaimed.

“Yeah, that too”

“Do you guys want anything to drink?”

“Yeah, waters fine!”Nick said

“No, that’s ok”

“Are you sure Brian?”

“Yeah!”

“Ok”Sara said as we walked into the kitchen.

“So Trisha, what do you think about Brian?”She asked with a huge grin spread across her face.

“Uhh he’s nice! why?”

“Just nice??”

“Yeah, what do you want me to say?”

“I don’t know maybe the truth!”

“Ok, so he’s cute, and really funny,and nice, and has a great personality!” I trailed off.

“See I knew you liked him, and I think he likes you!”she exclaimed.

“I wouldn’t be that lucky”I said as I walked over to the fridge and poured a glass of water.

“Why do you say that Trisha, don’t think so negative all the time!”

“I’m not trying to be, but you know that would be a long shot!”

“Why? just because you had problems in the past doesn’t mean they all wont work out. You just got to move on.”

“Ok, and plus... I'm not ready for another relationship right now!”

Back in the living room.

“So when did Trisha move in?”Brian asked curiously.

“The same time as Sara! why?”

“I don’t know just asking, does she have a boyfriend?”

“No, not that I know of,..... you like her don't you B-rok?”

“Yeah she’s a nice girl!”

“No that’s not what I meant, and you know it!”

“We're friends, that’s all”He demanded not wanting to say anything that would get around, especially after AJ told him he liked her.

“Here”Sara said as she walked out and handed Nick the water.

“Thanks”

“So what are we going to do now?”Brian asked.

“I don’t know, what do you want to do?”

“umm...Why don't we go to the mall?”Sara suggested

“But we just came back from that part of town, and then ill have to spend more on gas money” Nick complained.

“Oh god Nick you are such a cheap ass, I’ll pay!”

“Ok, well I'm gonna go and see if AJ is home, and maybe he wants to come.”

“No!!..I mean no”Brian replied as he shoved Nick hard in the ribs. Sara looked at Brian with confusion, then shrugged it off.

“What was that for?”Nick whined.

“Can I talk to you in the kitchen for a moment?”Brian hissed.

“Ok rok!”the two then walked away leaving Sara and I in utter confusion.

“So what's up, Frick?”

“You know that I don’t want AJ to come!”he began

“Why? you don’t like Trisha and Aj does so what’s the problem?”

“Oh Nick you are such a dumb ass sometimes I swear!”

“What the hell Brian, I just want you to admit it! so why wont you?”

“OK....I like her, are you satisfied?”

“Much!!!”

Just then the door rang.

“I got it!!!”Sara yelled making a mad dash from the bathroom.

“Hey AJ” she said as she opened the door.

“Hey Chicky, is Nick here?” he asked greeting her with a kiss on the cheek.

“Yeah, he’s in the other room”

“Ok thanks”he replied as the two walked into the living room.

“Hey Boner” Nick greeted.

“Hey, oh good Brian's here too!”

“So what’s up Bone?” Brian asked.

“Well Jive is holding a big party tomorrow, and would like us to perform....so we have to be there around 7ish to set up!”

“Oh....can we bring dates?”Nick asked

“Yeah, sorry about the short notice guys but they just told me today!”

“It’s fine.”

“Ok well I gotta go”AJ said as he walked over to the door.

“Are you sure you don’t wanna stay for a while, we were gonna go shopping”Sara said as she walked with him to the door.

“Yeah, I have some errons to run, but I’ll see you tomorrow ok?”

“Alright”

“Well we better be going”Nick said as him and Sara walked to the door.

“Soo, ummm...... I was wondering if you want, would you want to come with me to the party tomorrow?”Brian asked shyly.

“Sure I'd love too!”I reply smiling.

“Ok then tomorrow it is, I’ll be here around 4:00 to pick you up.”

“What?.. why so early?”

“We’re gonna go shopping.”

“C’mon Rok”Nick interrupted”We’ve gotta go”

“Got to go see you tomorrow!”Brian added as he ran to the door.

As soon as the guys had left Sara ran straight over to me.

“So?” she asked anxiously.

“So... what?”

“So what did he say?”

“He just asked if I would go to the party tomorrow.”

“And??....... what did you say?”

“Yes”

“Awww... how cute Trisha’s going on a date” she teased

“No, were just friends.”

“Uh huh, whatever!”

Meanwhile Brian and Nick pulled out of the drive and drove down the street as Brian sang along cheerfully to the radio.

“What are you so happy about?” Nick asked nudging his friend in the arm.

“What’s not to be happy about?”

“Oh God, she said yes, didn’t she?”

“Huh, what are you talking about Frack?”Brian asked playing stupid.

“Oh you know what I'm talking about!!!”he replied”AHHHHH TURN IT OFF”Nick yelled as tearing up my heart came on.

“Aww...man I love this song, It’s my absolute fave” he joked.
