"I'll see you in a few Sky, be good Becka." AJ said giving Becka a kiss on the head and walking to his car for his date.

'Okay you can do this.' AJ said to himself walking to Lucy's door.

A little into his date with her, he knew that he had to tell Lucy about Becka.

"Lucy, I gotta tell you something." He said holding her hands.

"What is it?" She asked.

"I told you that some different things happen this summer right?"

"Yeah."

"Well.... I got a kid." He said in one breath. She looked at him in shook and then left. Left him sitting there, not saying anything.

AJ sat there and watched all the happy couples around him and got up, paid the bill and walked to his car. As he drove into his driveway he watched in his window, Becka and Sky playing on the couch with stuffed animals. He wished that she was sleeping but Sky spoiled her. He got out of the car and slowly walked into the house. Once inside, he saw Becka's smiling face.

"Dadda!" She yelled running over to him.

"Hey sweetie, someone didn't put you to bed yet?" he asked looking at Sky.

"Sorry Jay, she was just to up to go to bed. I'll do it now." Sky said getting up.

"Nah, it's okay, I'll do it. You stay there, I want to talk to you about something."

"Are you sure Jay?"

"Yes. Now I'll be right back." he said picking up Becka and taking her into her room. He put her in her bed and started to sing to her. As he watched Becka fall asleep he pulled the covers over her and then turned around to see Sky looking at him.

"That was sweet Jay." She said as they walked out.

"She's my daughter. I don't know how else to act towards her." he said.

"So what did you want to talk about? And how come you got home so early?"

"Sky, how come when I told her that I have Becka she got up and left?" he said as they walked into the living room.

"Jay, you know people I don't know how to explain how anyone could be cold hearted and stuff like that, but it's just because Becka would be a burden on you. I don't understand it either. Why who left you?"

"Lucy?"

"Then you know what, forget about her, if she can't accept what's going on in your life then screw her. You hear me?"

"Yes, Sky why don't I date girls like you? Or can I just take you?" he said joking.

"Cuz I have Michael. You know that, besides we've known each other for how long?"

"I know, you wanna watch some movies? Cuz I really don't want to go to sleep and we haven't had movie nights in a while."

"I know. Go find a movie and I'll get the popcorn." Sky said as she went to get the food as AJ threw in a tape.

When Sky came back, AJ was sprawled out on the couch, falling asleep. "J, what do you expect me to do?"

He looked with one eye at her. "I don't know there's the floor."

"That's my bed."

"Sleep on me then. You never had to complain before." AJ said with a smile.

"That hurt." she said getting on him and falling asleep.

The next morning AJ woke up startled that Sky wasn't sleeping on him.

"Sky?" he said. Looking all over for her. He got up and walked upstairs and saw Becka's light on. He opened the door a crack and saw Sky reading her a story.

"And they lived happily ever after." Sky said closing the book.

"Sky?" Becka asked.

"Yes sweetie?"

"Where's my mommy?" she asked.

"Becks, you know that you have a daddy that loves you very much." she said pulling her on to her lap.

"Then am I going to end up like Cinderella?" she asked.

"Why do you say that?"

"Because, she didn't have a mommy, and then when her daddy found her one, he went away and Cinderella became their servant."

"Let me tell you something, I won't let anyone do that to you, and I know your Daddy, and I know that he won't do anything to hurt you, and the girl that he chooses to be your mommy, will be just as sweet as you."

"Why can't you be my mommy Sky?" Sky sighed and looked at Becka, "I can't, I'll tell you why later, but you have to promise me that you will keep it a secret between us. Okay?"

"Okay."

"Now, let's go make some breakfast and wake up that lazy dad you got." Sky said and picked up Becka and carried her out of her room, laughing. AJ quickly ran to the bathroom, and walked out as they walked down the stairs.

"Hey, you two." he said walking over to them. Sky stopped and waited for him to walked toward them.

"Hey yourself." Sky said.

"So how's my baby girl doing?" he asked as Becka laughed.

"Sky read me a story."

"Oh she did? What story?" AJ asked.

"Cinderella." she said.

"That's good. Do you like that story?"

"Yes. Get moving Sky I'm hungry."

"Okay, Okay." Sky said walking downstairs into the kitchen. She put Becka down on the ground and kissed her cheek. "I'll fix breakfast and you go watch some t.v. okay?"

"Okay." She said running out of the kitchen into the living room. AJ came into the kitchen a little while later.

"You heard us talking J. Didn't you?" Sky asked looking down at the french toast that she was making.

"Sky..." AJ started to say.

"J, I just want to know if you heard us talking."

He sighed and looked at Sky. "Yes. I did. I looked threw the crack of the door and I saw you holding her reading Becka a story."

"I wasn't talking about that J, I was talking about the stuff we were talking about."

"Yes, if I heard you reading I heard you talking. Is there something wrong with that."

"No, but I know that look in your face that you wanna know what's going on that I can't tell you something, but I can tell your daughter."

"Of course, how do you know she is my daughter? I mean I could of picked up any girl off the streets and said here's a home for you sweetie, now go fake it for my best friend." AJ said in a loud voice.

"J, if you don't want me talking to her then you know what, you win." Sky said throwing him a towel and walked out. AJ, leaned against the sink looking out the window watching her walk outside. Crying. Then he started to cry. Becka came into the kitchen and looked at her dad. "Daddy? Where's Sky?" She asked. AJ turned around with his blood shot eyes looking at her...
