Joel B. Bryant (JESSE) was born 30 October 1833 in North Carolina, and died 17 February 1917 in Georgia.  He married Sarah Amanda Allen 1859 in Pulaski County Georgia, daughter of Jordan Allen, Sr. and Jane Higdon.  She was born 1842 in Georgia, and died 1922.
