Celia A. Bryant (JOEL B., JESSE) was born September 1873 in Georgia.  She married Rufus J. Dykes 10 January 1888 in Pulaski County Georgia, son of Henry Dykes and Cassandra Bryant.  He was born March 1867 in Pulaski County Georgia.
